I have had nothing but good experiences with Empathy. There was a a very big issue with a different practice I had been going to for years and had to leave them due to some neglect. I was able to get an emergency appointment with Alex on a holiday. July 4th! She has helped get things sorted and I am more than happy with my decision to continue here.

I just recently started seeing Alex Regan at Empathy Health for my daily struggles with anxiety and some depression. With this being my very first time seeking psychiatric support I was really nervous about what to expect because I I had been doing therapy but wasn't getting the results I wanted after a few years. My first appointment, she knew exactly what I needed after getting my background. I can now say after 33 years of battling anxiety, with her support, I al anxiety free. I never knew this could exist and I am so thankful!!! We have done most appointments via virtual so that is an option for you if it is convenient so if you are like me please dont let your self suffer any more - get the help you deserve.
