I recently had extensive spinal surgery. Your company provided my in home post surgical care. I simply cannot say how extraordinary my nurse LILLY REYES and my physical therapist JULIE LANN were. The arrived the day after I was discharged and were the most reassuring team of professionals.

Their level of care, compassion and professional expertise were invaluable to my post operative care and my recovery.
The were reassuring, encouraging and so generous. I will be forever grateful to these two phenomenal health care professionals. Julie & Lilly exceeded my expectations and insured my recovery.

Empath has now been coming to my house for two weeks. The nurses that come here are so wonderful! They are so very compassionate, gentle and very kind. I am having wound care done here and they are just so gentle with me. I would highly recommend Avidity to anyone who needs home care. While it is important to be your own advocate, these nurses are spot on with their care. They follow my surgeon's orders and they do the job! Had a bad experience with these guys the second time around, sent me a nurse that wrote down false information on BP and health and appetite, she didn't hardly speak English and could not understand stand her, was only in and out 5 min, she came to the house one morning and after she left I fell I called her to tell her I fell and she said oh I need to set appointment to get you set up for therapy and do paperwork she already did that and said she never been to my house, they supposed to call u 24 hours in advance to come and some did not Danielle and my physical therapy was good

She is very caring ,and thorough and arrives when she says she will . Doesn’t mind questions and very gentle while changing my dressing.caring.
I also had the pleasure of being rehabbed by Willy . He is the most personable , friendly yet professional I have ever met!! Made a hard situation easy. Best PT ever!!
Your company has a gem with both these caregivers!!!!

This home health care company is an absolute joke. If you need home health care DO NOT go with this company. They are so unprofessional. They are late or just don't show up. No one ever bothers to call you to let you know they are late or not coming. They have sent the doctor's orders to the wrong people numerous times. They do not call you with status updates. It has been an absolute nightmare working with them. Apparently their time is precious but the client's time means absolutely nothing to them. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and DO NOT hire this company.
