Danielle was so responsive and helpful, even on a weekend! I've been an RN for 20 years and this was by far the best experience I've had taking ACLS. What a gem to have in our community!! Thank you for being here and for your excellent customer service! 100% recommend!

Danielle is an incredible instructor! I have been through a handful of CPR/First Aid classes over the years and this one by far is one of the most comprehensive and enjoyable classes I've had the pleasure of being a part of. She was very direct in her instructions and assessments of each of us in her class. We had 4 students in our course and she was able to answer each question and concern as well as giving us one on one adjustments and recommendations for our performance of the CPR and First Aid demonstrations. All of the equipment was newer technology which was very interesting to use! It gave you real time information on how you were doing the compressions and air volume for the breaths. Their space was a little small but very clean and comfortable! I highly recommend going to one of her classes if you're in need of an update on your certification or are first starting out! They also travel and do larger classes off site as well which is super helpful if you have a large team that needs to be certified. Thank you again Danielle!

Excellent experience. New to me and unbelievably easy. There was initially an error with the manikin but Danielle was there in minutes to trouble shoot and get it going again! Smooth sailing from there! Will definitely be using this for every renewal going forward

The Hands-On portion of the assignment is the worst experience I've had ever. On 12/30 i go in the room where there is a mannequin connected to laptop. A 'virtual 2nd rescuer' is in the program. The computer tells you went to the chest compressions and breaths. However, not only are the instructions are so confusing during the 'cycles of breaths and chest compressions' but if you get it slightly wrong you have to start all over again the 8 cycles...after 40 minutes of trying i quit! Gave up! Walked out!
Personally this new format is not for me. I am going to a class with people and I could interact.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Emergitek!! Danielle was so flexible with my crazy teaching/business owner schedule as a child provider and she was able to work on getting my staff and myself quickly certified. The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, & super entertaining! Plus chocolates, snacks, waters were offered! Super clean facility & all the new up to date equipment. My staff left feeling confident & many were taking this course for the first time. Thank you again Emergitek for the best experience I’ve had by far & this is my 12th time taking it as a child care provider.

Emergitek provided a very engaging and hands-on way to train my workplace in First Aid, CPR, and AED certification. Those can easily be boring courses, but the instructor made sure it wasn't! It's also backed by data where they can measure/track through an app how you are doing and give real-time feedback to correct your CPR technique. I definitely learned invaluable skills!
