Severely unprofessional after care. I hate writing reviews but this one is necessary. The staff was fine during the visit, he needed a simple physical done. They told him the results were in and ready for pick up. 3 weeks later they won’t release the results to him because the NP “left it at her home”. I work in healthcare so I understand things can be delayed but leaving test results at home and not attempting to bring them back within a 3 week timeframe is unprofessional.

I absolutely adore Mauricia and her entire staff. They got me through a horrific time with my health , Mauricia is old school and very thorough, They set the bar pretty high for the Dr's I had to see for the four years I was away. I'm relieved to be back in the care of someone who cares about their patients, I know I'm not just a number to them.

Worst customer service. Front desk receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for me - manager and receptionist BOTH told me to call my insurance provider and find another doctors office to get scheduled at. Receptionist said they are a small clinic and she could t take my information until I was an established patient. I was calling to become an established patient since this office is near me. Office manager got on the phone and said that if she makes me an appointment then the office is responsible for me if I get hurt. She proceeded to say that she was not going to go back and forth with me & to call my insurance to get another office assigned to me & HUNG UP. Truly ridiculous and rude. Wish I could have made a drs appointment.

The doctor is super nice, but the office is terribly managed. Expect your appointments to be cancelled, rescheduled, or late almost every time and to have to spend extended periods of time waiting on them, because they are ready whenever they want, but expect you to be on time.
Additionally, the front desk is rude and has frequently requested the same information to be provided as she is unorganized and has lost it.

Do not-I repeat do not utilize this clinic unless you repeatedly like to have them cancel your appointments ALL THE TIME. Mauricia is ok when you actually get to have a telehealth visit with her. (They do not see patients in house) They DO NOT have email and they do not have anyone else helping her in this office. It’s she and she alone. Repeatedly cancels your appointments the day of and right before your schedule appointment time. So much money and time wasted to try and establishment a dr/patient relationship. Go elsewhere.

I was hesitant on getting this medical office as my new general dr office, because of the reviews. I'm glad I didn't go with the review because Mrs Mauricia Stanton and her staff are all really nice. I like how I'm able to do the virtual dr appt over the phone. I just came to say they are all really nice and made me feel comfortable on my 1st in-person visit.

I want to personally THANK Dr. Stanton and her team (Sharon,Terry,and Mary) for going above and beyond to care for me, my husband, and my daughter. They literally have saved our lives since becoming patients over a year ago. You can trust that Dr. Stanton and her team care about you and your health.
For those of you who criticize Dr. Stanton and her team because you have to wait or reschedule I say to you.....WAIT or RESCHEDULE because they are worth the wait and doing so may just save your life as well.

Mrs Stanton has always made me feel comfortable and I truly feel that she cares.She has helped me out with my health issues,always gets my bP on point when I slack on meds and I’m sure she has gotten frustrated with me more than a few times for me not caring enough about my own health . So grateful I found her 7 years ago . When I call I get a call right back . I actually can say I trust her with my life . 💖💖💖
