They don't take Medicaid, so we didn't stay. The person at the desk was really helpful and pointed us in the right direction. I also liked that they were very upfront in their pricing. Everything was laid out where you could see it. Props for transparency!

We had to take our kids to Emerald Coast Urgent Care in Destin, Florida, and we were extremely impressed with their services. The staff was very kind and welcoming, making us feel at ease right away. Mr. O’Brien, who was the PA in charge, was not only professional but also incredibly patient and attentive to our kids. He thoroughly explained the health condition and provided all the information we needed to care for our kids at home. Overall, we were very satisfied with the care and treatment we received. We highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent medical care.

Worst service, great check in but waited in room over 30 min to hear one patient leave room and another enter very same room a few minutes later to then be followed by the doctor. Seriously, I was in room still waiting while he sees a patient that was in after me. Needless to say left room confronted check out lady who blatantly lied to my face by trying to say that were seen in order and I reminded her the walls are paper thin her response well you can just leave so I immediately requested refund and left very unprofessional practice.

Doctor was wonderful! X-ray tech was funny and nurse was delightful! All very competent and provided excellent care! Don’t let the grumpy lady at the front desk scare you off! Everyone in back you will find pleasant and ready to listen! I recommend this office to anyone ! I’m from Utah and I felt just as welcome as I do at my hometown doctors!

Nurse and Doctor were both awesome! Quick in and out which is unusual at urgent care! Front desk lady was the only downer in my visit. She was unpersonable and not helpful at all. Too busy playing on her phone to assist patients.

Went to urgent care after our normal dr failed us. Staff was so friendly and Dr Chris was kind and knowledgeable and came up with a better plan for my sick daughter. Have used them before with good results and would use in the future as well.

I cannot express enough how kind and helpful the PA (Rylee Holland) and staff all were. I am a mom of 3 with a busy schedule and had plans to travel the next day. They were empathetic, knowledgeable, offered all the tests I was looking to get done and came up with a treatment plan quickly. I had a very short wait, and overall experience!

I was in and out in 30 minutes. The nurse was wonderful, and the doctors care was amazing. Highly recommend. Front desk lady wasn’t super chipper but it is the day before thanksgiving and I’m sure she was just wanting to be with family.
