I had never done EMDR before and was curiously anxious for my first session.

What a wonderful therapy office! When you arrive, you will be enveloped in a very upscale experience; the welcoming atmosphere, the amazing decor, and the friendly staff standing by to assist. Just walking into the "family room" central waiting area felt like a warm, caring hug; I was less anxious immediately. It is clear that client comfort & care is the *top focus* at this practice - right down to the tissues & chocolates on the tables, coffee & tea on the counter, and cheese in the fridge. The therapists here are educated, experienced, and ready to help. If you are on the fence about reaching out to start therapy somewhere, start here! Highly recommended.

Andrea "Andi" White is an amazing therapist! I started seeing Andi at a time where I felt my life was out of control and I was slowly going down a rabbit hole. After a few sessions I started to feel clarity, focus, anxiety levels down, able to stay level headed and use the tools taught to work to my advantage. Andi helped me understand the difference between guilt and shame. Some days I didn't feel like EMDR so we did talk therapy. You're sessions are how you want them! I'm not sure where I would be today without the help, support, empathy and professionalism Andi was able to provide me. I will forever be thankful!!

From the time you walk through the front doors of this office, the beautiful family area, fully stocked kitchen, and the wonderful chocolate all around. It's absolutely a safe, calming, inspiring place! Don't forget to take a therapy chocolate on the way out. Besides feeling amazing when you leave a little treat for the hard work you put in!!!
