Never received my item (Kyrolan Spray) and the company was extremely unhelpful in helping me locate it. I’m a makeup artist and was really excited about my order, but this situation (which is my first experience with this company), has confirmed that I will never buy from them again. Very disappointing because I had planned to be a repeat customer given how inaccessible the product I ordered is everywhere else.

A parcel key was NEVER left in my locker. The appeal letter they sent NEVER confirmed that, and you also weren't willing to fight the appeal on my behalf at all, despite you had 30 days to do it. USPS never confirmed "multiple times" that it was delivered. The last I heard from them, they said they were going to investigate the missing package, and I never heard back from them, which is why I reached out to you in the first place. Obviously a huge mistake, because you were less helpful than them. Your customer service is terrible, any other company would've at least sent a replacement, but obviously you can't afford to lose out on another $40.

I usually order my drag supplies here as we don’t have any local stores in South Carolina that carry what I need. Shipping is always fast and trustworthy, customer service is friendly and helpful when I have had product questions. The gentlemen who helped me on the phone today with Kryolan color spray was a joy. If you need theatric makeup or performer makeup I cannot recommend this place highly enough. 10 stars everytime

Tim was beyond helpful and took the time to show me different options and products that will help cover my tattoo. He made sure I left with everything I needed well within my budget! Really great customer service I have no clue what these one star amazon reviews are talking about. I had a problem with a pending charge and the problem was cleared up in a matter of seconds. Props to the person who had received my call they were nice, understanding, and cared about my issue. Based on this fact alone this store will be my first choice for my theatrical makeup needs. Highly Recommended.
