Dr. Diaz is personable and I guess you would use the word nice. She was not super professional. I mean sometimes you just don't want professional you want nice. It might be that it was not stuff that was terribly bad. It was an easy going appointment.
I said 3 stars because it took 6 MONTHS to get an appointment. To me that's crazy. I really thought that was very off putting.

Like Dr Diaz but find it highly weird & uncomfortable that she did not personally tell me while meeting with her that she is leaving. Found out when went to front to schedule next visit. Highly unprofessional with no thought to patients!

My visit with the doctor was great. Although, there are certain staff members who are unprofessional and inappropriate. Some information was shared to me that was not a good example for the office. Personal problems in the work place need to be kept to themselves and resolved with their superiors.

Front staff was so helpful and so sweet. Medical assistant nurse was so kind and made me feel welcomed and not uncomfortable. Dr. Diaz was super kind to me and helpful with referrals and listened to me an my concerns. She got me the help I was looking for and on the straight and narrow path for my health.
