Bridget is THE BEST! I've been going for a little bit, but the work we are putting in together is amazing. She is so personable and down to earth. Previously I used to dread therapy, but now I look forward to the hour of healing I have with Bridget. She is very good at getting you to do some introspection. Everyone close to me can see the difference with me already. Bridget is fricken awesome!! If I could do so on google, I would give her 10 stars.

I’m a nurse practitioner and referred my patient to Ellie. I helped him fill out an initial intake with his insurance information. He was called and asked to give further detail about his mental health. He shared vulnerable information about his past and was then given an appointment time with Bridgette Hill. He was then called back 2 days later and told that they didn’t accept his insurance and “you can’t afford to come here.” I called and asked to talk to a manger and was told that the manager didn’t “deal with complaints.”

My wife writes the following:

I had been a patient since April 2023. Not one missed appointment. I receive therapy to help me cope with symptoms of adhd, autism, among other things, which require routines to be established to cope with memory issues. My normal appointments are set for 11am. Due to scheduling conflict this week it was scheduled for a different day, and at 10am instead. When I went to log in for my session, I opened my app to find my card had been charged $120 (almost 3x my normal copay) due to missing my appointment. While I get I missed the appointment, it was my first missed appointment, and a call or notice would have been great. I’m an understanding person, as I understood two weeks ago when my therapist left me in the waiting room for 30 min before starting my then shortened session due to technical difficulties. If I can be understanding and miss 30 min of session because of their mistake, why can’t they grant me some grace on my one missed appointment? Charge me for the appointment, but what is the additional $70 for? Oh, I signed a 17 page agreement to that. So yeah- make sure you have someone who doesn’t have mental illnesses read the agreement for you, and do not miss any appointments.

Bad business practice if you ask me.

I highly recommend Ellie Mental Health.
Chelsi has been a wonderful addition of support for my child. My kiddo is free to be her whole, authentic self with Chelsi. She's fantastic with all ages and neurotypes, but she really understands my autistic preschooler and her various needs. I am so thankful for her support, and I've seen amazing results!
