The office is always has a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The staff has been such a joy to work with, they are so attentive to your health care needs as well as making you feel comfortable while there. As for Dr. Wu, he is so patient and genuine. He truly cares about the patient as well as the caregiver. What a Jewel! Keep up the Great Service We Appreciate You All!

I arrived to a very pleasant waiting room and a friendly front office staff. Just a short wait before being greeted by the MA and going to an exam room. She Completed all the basics professionally and quickly. Saw Dr.Wu soon after
to complete my office visit.
Love this office and staff!

I have seen Daria and Dr. Wu and both are thorough and up to date on current medical issues!! Staff Emily is a great advocate and extremely effective in her many roles! Margarita did the impossible and got blood on first stick! She did that with kindness and gentleness of a butterfly!! I love this place!! My opinion from an old RN!! Well done!!***** Well as of this date 2/15/24 most of the great staff were gone in the first year 2021& Dr. Wu is there the majority of the time with fill in doctors. I left Dr. Wu’s care after he refused to give me a nephrologist referral to see a kidney specialist March 2023 and my HMO approved it without him/a doctor -unheard of! I changed doctors from any Access (aka no access to specialists) or their other company Elite Care (you might see Access specialist if we have one in the specialty you need) which took my HMO some time to find a doctor who would accept me as a new patient because of the Access Kingdom! Dr. Wu was very angry that I was going to see the kidney doctor and he or his staff called the new office before my appointment to let them know! I called Access customer care and left several messages asking for help and they eventually left a message late afternoon before the weekend weeks later! So beware of your rights as a patient, deal with your insurance company and make changes and document complaints with Medicare and with professional bureau and business agencies. Also try an insurance company that is not HMO but a PPO so you can go to a specialist when you think you need to see an orthopedic for severe bone pain or a kidney doctor when your kidney labs are way off, you have back pain and urinary tract infections for over a year! You will pay to get a specialist opinion of your complaint of not feeling well-not ignored for something that needs attention to save your life! So you get one star now! This was just the last incident of chaos last March! Sorry for taking so long to update from 5 to 1star but this just popped up and I had to fix it

Saw Dr. Laman for first time today. I found her to be very smart, attentive, efficient and caring. On site lab technician Amelia was very skilled as well. Office staff is friendly.Very happy I made the switch to Elite Care.
