Dr. Leiva has been our Dr. for many years. He takes all the time, you need to listen to your medical needs. No other doctor comes close to Dr. Leiva!

I have seen Dr Leiva for years. I just love him. He has always seemed like he cares about you. He even called me recently on a Saturday in reference to test results done by another doctor he was concerned with. I would give him 5 stars. But.... ever since Elite Medical Associates has entered the picture things have changed. They get 1 star or less. I have had several appts cancelled by them. I needed to see Dr Leiva, my doctor, no one else. I called again today about a sooner appt because I need a hospital follow up. I was told fine, you can see a stranger. SORRY, I want to see my doctor. I have had surgery and need medicines that need to be prescribed by my primary because I can not get into the specialists for months. Now, because of this I am having to look for a new doctor of my choosing and not one they want to choose for me. What a shame, I know Dr Leiva is getting ready to retire and I know he's earned these fewer work hours. But, what if someone is sick, why advertise same day appointments or in my case, a hospital follow up. This place is just getting worse and worse. So Sad. I hope my appt I have scheduled now isn't canceled because of the review that Elite Medical Associates has earned so I can thank the best doctor I've ever had before he retires.

The whole staff is great, but especially Audrey. She shared her turkey with us and really made our day. Thank you to the whole office and merry Christmas and happy. Happy new year.

Having just moved to Orlando area and not thinking I’d need another physician for awhile, because I have my long time primary on the West coast of Florida, but had to make a pit stop at the ER in Dr. Phillips. They did some testing and told me to follow up with my primary or someone in this area. They had given me Dr. Leiva’s name and said he’s an absolute gem of a Doctor. I figured it wasn’t worth the ride and I’ll check out the doctor. Saw a few negative reviews of the office staff from some past patients, but figured I’d give him a try anyway. Not sure if they replaced staff or what, but the service I received from the office personal was fabulous. I was taken in immediately at my scheduled time and my thorough examination with Dr. Leiva was so comforting. He has an excellent bedside manner and the “ not feeling rushed” exam, made me ask him if he’d accept new patients. Fortunately he said yes.I’d recommend Dr. Leiva to anyone wanting a caring physician.

One of the worst Dr that I ever encounter, very rude and unprofessional. Staff don't communique to each other so when you call you need to explain yourself over and over again. I absolute not recommend this place or Dr to anyone and I can get a negative start I will. Also, I will report him to Humana and Medicaid.
