If I could give it zero starts then I would. The woman Edana, was awfully mean. My grandma went on hospice Thursday and died Tuesday 5am. This woman did not bring any materials for her care. We asked for my grandma to have pain medication, she told us she would do aspirin but refused anything else for my DYING grandma. We called when my grandma for another nurse when my grandma’s oxygen dropped they sent out a nurse named Stephanie who still did not bring out her face mask. When we asked to explain more of her condition she said look in ur folder and left. My grandma did not get pain medication until Monday. So all weekend she was in pain. Just that time frame was traumatic as heck. We finally got materials because a woman that worked in the office drove from hot springs to Arkadelphia Sunday. Very unorganized, very rude, did not help at all. I would not recommend unless you want to be traumatized. Who tells a dying person who’s in pain, we are going to hold off on the good stuff for later.? So she goes ALL WEEKEND WITHOUT PAIN MEDICINE. She couldn’t even swallow. I asked her as well to help do her pill container, help change her anything. These NURSES DID NOTHING!!!!!!! They are a joke. And guess what even after the neglect. She still works there. Please be careful

I wish I had time to share all the wonderful details because they have done so much for my mom and our whole family during this difficult time. I know it takes a team to do what they do so I don't want to leave out the office staff (like Kaylee), but the nurses take you by the hand and help every step of the way. Thank you Stephanie, Whitney, and Shea.

Horrible! I've been a caregiver for 20 yrs and worked side by side with different hospice agencies and have NEVER had anything bad to say but this year my husband was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that had spread ALL threw his body and to his bones and when he decided he was ready the oncologist referred us to elite. I had called several times over several issues before they sent a nurse out and as soon as the nurse walked in she was talking about "having to be in a hurry because she has so many other clients to deal with after us" . I had a few questions and she couldn't answer them she said she "didn't read his chart so she don't know" what the hell?!? Then it just went down hill from there she co tinied to be ugly and rude and crossed the line. I told her she could leave I would be needing a different agency.. I HAVE NOTHING GOOD to say about my experience with this agency.

I would highly recommend Elite Hospice. This company truly cares about the comfort and quality of life for their patients; they also provide love and support to extended family members. Great people to work with during difficult times.
