I have been a client of Elite DNA for several months. My counselor Stephanie Gravely is an excellent therapist. She is kind and compassionate although strict in making me address my issues. I am 80 years old and through the years had various therapists. Stephanie is young but very skilled and excellent in her work ethic. I would highly recommend Elite. All the staff are friendly and caring.

These people are not interested in actually helping you all they want to do is put everybody on antidepressants whether you're depressed or not. I do not recommend Jamie Price. All they do is waste taxpayers money and shove medicine down your throat that you don't need. If mental health is so important why are so many crazy running around. I'm off my meds. For a psychiatrist to suggest that gabapentin will help me with my anxiety is absolutely absurd. Gabapentin is for nerve pain and the only reason they suggest it helps for anxiety it's because it makes you drowsy. Good day

I used my EAP. Needed the therapy and care as going through grief. They used my free sessions just to write down my details. No one cared what I needed. Second session was with a therapist and he declined saying he is not equipped to treat a female and not relationships. After a week no call from them for third appointment. They used all the insurance money and I am yet to talk to therapist after 10 days. It's a fraud. After that while I still haven't been able to get in touch. When I needed the help, these guys went in and consumed my 3 EAP I turn got themselves paid through my insurance. I'm still without therapy. Worst experience ever.

This office has got to be the very worst behavioral health facility that we have ever attended. From the very beginning, the appointment setters were rude and deficient then assignment to a provider was nonexistent/slow and finally when we were seen, we never received a bill were sent to collections without any kind of notification. Stay away from Elite DNA. Highly do not recommend.

Brandi is absolutely amazing, she has been an angel and a blessing in our lives! She always listens and guides us, she really cares and she is kind and profesional. I can't thank her enough. I can see the change and the improve on his behaivor. Brandi is the best!! Also I love the office is peaceful and is always clean! We can't wait for our next appointment!

Terrible administration and extremely high billing. The US medical services industry is the only industry where sellers can charge whatever they want and not tell you the price up front. Stop ripping people off.

It has been a very long time since I’ve met someone who has allowed me to feel safe to open up and to seek guidance on how to process, grow, and truly put in the work. Shenelle Sendar has been a true blessing. She is an amazing therapist who challenges me to see and learn more and more every time we meet. When you are excited to see your therapist, get those “homework assignments”, and still look forward to your next session…you know you have found a good one! Elite DNA has a great team, but I have the best therapist hands down!
