My provider Casey Ritchie is so kind and helpful I am so grateful that I have found her after seeing many different providers. She genuinely tries to help she takes her time to listen to all my concerns and makes me feel heard. She really takes her time to make a treatment plan that will work for me as an individual and she is very knowledgable. I feel like I have learned more about myself and grown since I started seeing Casey.

I will say that everytime I call the office the receptionist sounds bothered to be on the phone. I understand they don’t actually WANT to be doing phone calls, but they should atleast try to sound kind considering that they’re speaking with people struggling with their mental health. Some people with bad anxiety find it hard to make phone calls and it doesn’t help to be greeted in a rude way.

Overall though I have had a great experience with Elite DNA and have referred many people here

Every one here is great, while my daughter is in session I kno my other children are being watched and are safe the woman at the desk are kind and welcoming I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else

I went today for the first time with my son to see Dr. Lisa Coutler. I have to say that she is super professional, she asked my son many questions and he felt very comfortable talking to her since she is easy to talk to, she listens patiently to everything we had to say and explains everything in the same way. I must say that I was worried about the reviews I read here but I really tell you that I don't know why the bad reviews because both the receptionist and the doctor were kind, polite and very professional while we were in her office. I recommend it 100%. Thank you Dr Lisa!

Lisa is truly the best at what she does! With her I was finally able to find the right medication for my son that so many other doctors couldn’t. My son is doing so much better cause of her and we are truly blessed we found her 🙂

I Had an appointment for my son today for the first time as we have relocated to the New Port Richey area and I Was excited for him to get in as he has Been through a lot fighting brain cancer . When I walked into the office, no one was at the desk no big deal … my son and my daughter who is one and a half We’re waiting for the receptionist to return to the desk. My children were looking at the butterflies. They have hanging in the hallway Laughing giggling I assumed that’s what the butterflies were there for. The receptionist walked in the front door. I assume she was using the bathroom again no big deal And she asked me to not have my children running There were sessions going on again no big deal … but they weren’t running? She then asked for my ID and insurance and asked me to have a seat she did not say hello or ask about my appointment . Not sure what was wrong with this receptionist if she was having a bad day, but she made Me feel extremely uncomfortable as a parent. Children have siblings There was no place for my daughter to play in but a very small area close to the front door with only chairs . I left because I felt so offended by her demeanor and attitude towards me and my children. Would not recommend very disappointed.

Avoid at all costs.

The person I interacted with at check-in on both visits was very nice and professional. The nurse who took my vitals, also very nice and professional.

The "professional" I was speaking with was not professional in any way. I wrote a message in the patient portal to the provider, Lisa, about my frustrations that I felt like I wasn't being heard nor listened to in the sessions I had with her. Went to log back in and I no longer have access to the patient portal. Absolutely ridiculous.

Go elsewhere if you or your child is in a crisis. 2 1/2 almost 3 months after my sons psych evaluation he is still on a wait list for therapy services. Knowing they sent the mobile crisis unto to my house that day, you’d think he’d get bumped to the front of the line. When calling to find out where he is in this line to know if we need to seek therapy elsewhere they can’t tell you that and hung up on me. Extremely apathetic & unprofessional. As far as psych, Samantha is amazing, unfortunately they don’t give her any say so on urgency of therapy needs for the patients.
