Leaving a 1 star review once again to let everyone know the patient relations at this place are horrendous and on the rare chance they do answer the phone you'll be greated by the rudest receptionist I've ever met who has zero compassion or patience considering the fact they're willingly working with mentally ill patients. Elite DNA is a horrible institution and I only stay here because it's what my insurance will cover. If you can afford to go elsewhere, please do. On what planet is a 15 minute medication management appointment worth $280 I could get an hour long appointment elsewhere for that cost

I recently had the privilege of meeting Sara for the first time, and I must say, she is truly exceptional in her field. The level of attentiveness I experienced from her as a psychiatrist was unparalleled; she genuinely appreciated my insights regarding the negative effects of my medication. After years with my previous psychiatrist, I was in search of a more accurate diagnosis and a holistic approach to address my underlying emotional challenges. Sara treated my opinions with respect and dignity, something I hadn’t received from my former doctor.

Having faced the unimaginable loss of a child to suicide, I had been enveloped in profound sadness and depression, often forgetting what it felt like to be happy. For a long time, I had lost hope that healing was possible. However, Sara has been instrumental in providing me with a renewed perspective, and I feel truly respected in our interactions. I cannot emphasize enough what a remarkable advocate she is and how much admiration I have for her.

When I eventually return to the counseling field after regaining my health, I will certainly refer any client in need of psychiatric assistance to her. I am confident that she, as a physician assistant nurse practitioner, excels in her craft better than any psychiatrist I have ever encountered.

I have been using elite dna for going on 7 years. After not being able to schedule an appointment for an about a year dude to personal issues (HENCE WHY I WAS IN THERAPY) I finally got time, because I need it. I was then told that the therapist I’ve been seeing for SIX YEARS will not take me because she won’t take new cases. SIX YEARS. I AM NOT A NEW CASE. The receptionist refused to listen to me and insisted the therapist told him I was a new case. I am not. Not to mention the fact it took them over a WEEK to tell me my appointments won’t be accepted. This is ridiculous. I’m honestly mortified. This is unethical. I’ve now lost 6 years of progress and thousands of dollars. All elite dna cares about is your money in their pocket, apparently.

Kali Dore is my therapist, and I LOVE her! There are many reasons why I appreciate her. You can tell she cares and likes her job. She is observant and reads non-verbal cues very well, which is insightful. Over the past year that I’ve been with her, I have felt more organized and in control of my life. She is understanding and helps you think of practical and realistic solutions to life challenges. As person who can be perfectionistic, anxious, and cynical, Kali’s cognitive-behavioral but also realistic and down-to-earth therapy style has helped me figure out what actually works in my life, and what does not. As in introvert myself, I appreciate that she is introverted as well. It is nice to know someone who understands that perspective.

Emily that schedules your appts with the therapist is a very rude nasty girl. For her alone I’d have to not recommended using this practice. Surprised that they would have someone like her working for a place that deals with people having a hard time with their mental health. She was not capable or willing to answer questions politely and definitely not clearly. I thought she may have been calling for my initial intake bc of the way she worded it but after me figuring it out on my own it seems they had paired me with a therapist and she was calling for that purpose. I didn’t have a calendar in front of me she became angered that I asked the day of the week of the date she was referring to was on. She should absolutely not be working with people.

She has been an incredible influence on motivating me & teaching me how to be the best version of myself & work through the bumpy road of the past. She genuinely cares about her work & is attentive when you need it the most. If you need a motivational, understanding & uplifting therapist, she’s your girl hands down.
