I give five stars to Elite DNA for one reason, Aliah Young. As someone who is also in the psych field who is always skeptical of mental health providers, I had a very difficult time being skeptical of her because she is honest and real with you. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, as a human providing support for those who need it most, very kind and empathetic. She truly meets you where you’re at and that is everything to me. She is by far the best therapist I have had. Thank you Aliah for your expertise and kindness that you give to all of us. I thought I left a review a while ago but I can’t find it now lol and I want to make sure that if you’re looking for a great therapist, she is who you’re looking for.

Really disappointed in this service for my children. They've cancelled 5 out of 5 appointments for two of my children. How do we expect our children to want to see someone if this is how they are treated. This doesn't help any child's mental health if they keep being cancelled on and changed doctors without ever actually getting to talk to anyone. Y'all need to do better for our children.

I had issues with this company since the beginning. Their automated phone service gave me an anxiety attack, followed by a panic attack trying to give them my insurance information. They had me jumping from representative to representative and calling back for an hour. After months of using their services they duplicate due payments that had been paid before even accessing the virtual appointment.. even though their system doesn't allow the appointment without payment first. Even though the psychiatrist care was okay, their front end and billing have much to figure out. Do not recommend at all

Woman on the phone was obnoxiously judgmental and rude. She continuously made assumptions about my wife's state of mind and did everything she could to make her feel like a terrible person because she's trying to get help. Not really sure what kind of person works at a mental health clinic and belittles people that are having a hard time

Elite DNA is by far one of the best practices I’ve been to. In the past, I have had to wait MONTHS for an appointment but I did not experience that here. I was quickly matched up with both a therapist and psychiatrist and seen for my first session shortly after intake. Aliah Young is a wonderful therapist who is easy to talk to, understanding, and really knows what she is talking about. My psychiatrist, Jaana Coogan took her time to get to know me and my history with past medications and made me feel at ease about finding the right medication for me. It was so refreshing, especially because I have felt rushed and not heard by previous psychiatrists.

I highly recommend Elite DNA! Wonderful staff all around!

Absolutely love my therapist, Aliah Young! She is a kind soul that takes the time to make you feel both heard and understood, even when you might not understand it yourself. Elite DNA Behavioral Health provides care all over Florida, both in-person and virtual, making it easy to get care. With any big group, there are some longer administration and phone wait times, but the care provided is the best I have had in 10 years.

The callback about care was quick, everyone has been very pleasant, they ask all the right questions, from the intake appointment, I was contacted within a couple days for therapy. Despite being told there was a waitlist, I was given an appointment for a psychiatrist and therapist immediately. They went over my medication, history and things I have tried and have not tried. They were very attentive and kind. I am looking forward to seeing how therapy and my doctor appointment goes and what kind of medications and treatments I will obtain, but so far I have nothing but rave reviews for this Office. From the first phone call, to my intake appointment, to follow up phone calls. Everyone has been really wonderful and caring. They are on their game!
