I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hansel Poerwanto (Dr. P). He previously treated my cavities, and today he placed a crown for me. He is incredibly gentle, professional, and meticulous in his work. I felt no discomfort during the procedure, and he made sure I was comfortable the entire time. His attention to detail and kind approach made the experience stress-free. The clinic is clean and well-equipped, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. P to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!

My son had an appointment with Dr. Cheng. This was our second visit with her. She is amazing - very focused and responsive to concerns. The other medical staff were also extremely kind and helpful. We were seen promptly and got everything resolved. Absolutely worth the drive from Sacramento!

A family member of mine recently had a visit at the Halyard location with Dr. Ekeke, and I just had to share how wonderful the experience was! The front desk team and the back office medical assistants were super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ekeke took the time to address all our concerns and truly went above and beyond to ensure we received the care we needed. It was also fantastic that the front desk and back office staff spoke Ukrainian/Russian, which made communication so much easier for us. Overall, we left the visit feeling really happy and well taken care of!

I called this morning to reschedule an appointment for my friend, first problem i had was on hold for 15 minutes without speaking to anyone. Then thhe representative i finally answer was polite at first. I told her i was calling on behalf of someone who was standing in front of me. I gave her all his information and his address also his insurance i.d. She then put me on hold for an additional 2 minutes and then got back on the phone to ask me if he was a patient there. Like why would i be calling to reschedule his appointment if he wasn't. Then to put me back on hold nd ask for his number, he also spoke up and it was still an issue. The she got rude and was making extra hard to reschedule his appointment and was tryingtoschedule it a month out. I ended up telling her i no longer needed her assistance and hung up. I feel if you work for company just answering phones and dealing with there patients should know how to do you job a little better and not rude or have an attitude with them. But then again sorry that you are having a bad. Please fix it.

I went to my dental visit and my experience here was wonderful, I loved how Sanjita helped me with everything she did great taking my X-rays she was very gentle and Dr.sharma was sweet and excellent. Highly recommend this dental office super clean

Kristina Wilde helped me a lot and I loved her work that she did for me. I am living in California for eight years and dealing with Elica but this was my first time that I met with such wonderful and professional doctor.
