My experience with this nurse was deeply upsetting. She was wearing a mask and a hijab, so I couldn’t see much of her facial expressions, but her tone and actions spoke volumes. I felt dismissed, judged, and at times even mistreated. Her behavior came across as cold and unnecessarily harsh, which made an already stressful situation even worse I had to wait 3 hours and she was not very caring and the nurse said that they couldn’t help us and to us to wait in a very bad and disrespectful way. I hope this feedback encourages reflection and improvement

I tried to make an appointment for my daughter for a varicella blood test or vaccine to go to school, kind of an emergency !
I asked when the next available appointment is to talk with the doctor. The front deck said next week, and after she checked the insurance of my daughter, which is medical, and she said
I'm sorry but you are new patient, and the next appointment will be in April...... no words...
They do not care about you only about your insurance.

Worked hard to get the earliest available appointment for a basic checkup, which was 4 months away. Elica repeatedly contacted me to make sure I put in more work to resubmit all my basic health information. Doctor left, Elica called to reschedule and have me go through the process again. Went to go to my appointment today and Elica tells me my new doctor called in sick. Would I like to reschedule for a future date? Would you?

I dont recommend this location to anyone Dr Waheed Pirzad so unprofessional he never referred his patients to specialist he love to advice patients and prescribe them ibuprofen and Tylenol I don’t know why Elica don’t takeI would not suggest this location to anyone. Dr. Waheed Pirzad is quite unprofessional as he never directs his patients to specialists. He seems to prefer giving advice and prescribing ibuprofen and Tylenol. I am unsure why Elica does not take people's complaints seriously and follow up. complaints serious and not following up

went in to the eye doctor and they told me i’d get my glasses in 2-3 weeks and then i’m still here waiting basically 2 months later and i keep getting told that it’ll get here on one day then another and all i get is a “we’re sorry”and i still don’t got my damn glasses, i’ve been needing them since i ordered them because i have light sensitivity yet im still waiting. this has been a waste of my time when i could’ve just ordered them from a glasses store
This is the day after getting the glasses and i went and paid for them just for the glasses not to even have the transitional lenses. Waste of my time, gas and money

I wish I could be able to give this location less than one star . This is the second time that they cancel my appointment for ridiculous reasons. I tried to file a complaint against this location but unfortunately it was useless,no hearing from them , please stop going to this location specially with two Persian doctors,Wahid Pirzai and Arezou Persian . These doctors are even not Nurse I believe.

What a surprise! Truly wonderful new dental facility, clean and well managed. We had almost zero wait time! The staff and assistants were helpful and courteous. And best of all, Dr. Omar was very thorough with his evaluation, communicated very well with a good amount of detail and answered all my questions. I could not have been happier or more delighted with the excellent quality of service and competency of both the staff and office management of the facility! Bravo Elica - Arden Arcade!!

Unprofessional and Discriminating!
This clinic is a total mess, and the worst behavior of Dr. Waheed Pirzai is a total shame! I've waited for more than 1 year for a urologist appointment, and have been kicked over and over by changing the dates! It seems these people are playing with people's health!
