My son always seen by his family Dactor in this location. 4 days ago they call me . they said my son has appointment with his Dactor
I drove about 35 minutes. when I arrived in the location. This location was closed
They called me and told me .where are you I told Iam here 155 15 th West Sacramento. They said to me you’re in wrong address . I told them why not send me email or either text me the different location my son gonna be seen by the doctor
They say sorry . They next location was 5 minutes away form this location
They said reschedule the appointment.

The front desk at this clinic does not do its job. Today my son was supposed to meet with his family doctor. Dr. Head is a very good doctor and does his job well, but he was not at work today because he was sick, I wish him a speedy recovery. We did not know this because no one informed me about it. Yesterday there was an SMS confirming the appointment, and today the appointment was cancelled. Why did I only find out about this at the clinic? Why didn't they call in the morning and warn me? The girl at the front desk said that they called me in the morning to inform me about the cancellation of the appointment, but this did not happen. This is a lie, no one called me. I hope that next time the front desk workers will be more responsible and truthful.

I’ve been a patient at elica pretty much most of my life and it wasn’t until I switched to 15th street elica that I started to have such awful experiences. The staff here is very unserious and will cancel your appointment without warning. I’m my case I have to see my doctor once a month in order to get my prescription and for some reason the girls at the front desk love canceling appointments without so much as a phone call and on top of that they will turn it around on you and tell you that somehow it’s your fault. I once had to show them the text message that THEY sent me to confirm my appointment and still they say it’s not their fault. Just last month I already had an appointment scheduled when they said they had to cancel it because I had two appointments that month. They were wrong. That was the only opportunity for me to get my prescription and after they canceled it and I realized I had no other appointments I started calling them to reschedule as soon as possible or to at least send out my prescription. I didn’t get a reply from them till 5 days later at which point I had already gotten my prescription from the ER. When they did call back they said they had an appointment available almost 3 months later. So basically they screwed up and wanted me to wait 3 months for an appointment. Finally after several phone calls they scheduled me sooner and guess what? They cancelled that appointment AND the one after that. Basically I came in today after two cancellations and they said my doctors actually not in and that they have to reschedule. Insane. The women at the front desk either need to be more serious about their jobs or they just need to be replaced. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK ARE EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE AND CARELESS TOWARDS THE PATIENTS THEYRE SUPPOSED TO BE HELPING AND IT MAKES ME WANT TO SWITCH TO A CLINIC THAT DOESNT CAUSE ME HEADACHES EVERY SINGLE MONTH.

I give one star to Dr. Erika Ramirez. I was her patient for about several months. And here are my observations. She does not make a specific diagnosis and does not tell you what is wrong with you, even after collecting all the tests. And her method of treatment is called “let’s try, if it doesn’t help, come back.” And she never really helped me. In the end, another provider helped me. And at the last reception, even the translator noticed how wrong it was that she left without finishing the dialogue. At the last appointment, she didn’t believe me and made the wrong diagnosis. I doubted and asked what if the treatment does not work? She replied: “Come right away.” And when I left a request that the treatment did not help, she only said: “Come back in a week!” Maybe she treats other patients differently, but I had this disgusting experience. Maybe she thinks that this woman has nowhere to complain and I will suck money out of her insurance by making her come back again and again.

I gave them one star because every time I have an appointment the Dr ends up not being in the office. So strange. How can you practice medicine and never keep your appointments. This PA has canceled on me 4 times now and it's almost impossible to get another available appointmentfor months unless there is a cancelation.

The stuff of this clinic are rubbish, they don't know their working hours, i called to customer service they dropped my call three time, and than give the address of this bloody urgent care, when i arrived they were closed. Don't waste your time any Elica center.

ive been coming here for years. never really had to complain until recently. the doctor i see is really good. friendly front desk. the appointments are scheduled out so far so when i finally get an appointment, i get a call saying they need to reschedule due to doctor being out. life happens, so understand. ive never had an issue with scheduling my appointments at 5:20pm because i get off at 4:45pm and my doctor has always okay'd that and i end up showing up by 5pm. ive called to schedule an appointment and who ever is on the phone with me, tells me that im absolutely not allowed to schedule at 5:20pm. ive mentioned this to my doctor before because its happened 1 time and he said that its no issue for me to be scheduled at 5:20pm. its frustrating because i dont always have enough PTO so i can go to an appointment that ive already been waiting on, for a month or two. i wish their online appointment booking system was up and running.
