The experience I had was horrible. Staff is great. The construction is overwhelming. My loved on go lost on a walk. Picked up by Brookville PD. 5 miles away at 10pm. 😲 No sense of security when my loved on is so far away.

I have to say over the years I’ve watched this place transform. Noble has grown and added many amazing staff members and residents. I’ve never felt the love and compassion that this place brings when walking through the door.
They may not have all the fancy things, but Noble has the big hearts and the feeling of being right at home.

The environment and the staff goes above and beyond their duties. The residents are very nice and made several friends. Everyone is very helpful and I feel loved and cared for. At first I did not feel comfortable, but quickly learned that I am love and it's my home.

The elevator has been broken for months. You can’t get through to an Administrator. Dining room is on the second floor. Anyone on the other floors can’t get to the dining hall to eat. Family members who cannot do stairs cannot visit. If the resident wants to go outside they have to wait for someone who can carry them. This is just horrible. Life is hard enough.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. ITS ROACH INFESTED. Poor management. Unreliable staff. The manager is a narcissist, very unconcerned with anything but drama . If you want to place your parents here please consider that the love comes from the top and works it way down …. NOT HERE !!!!!! Do you want your parents living in filth? Do you want your parents resenting you for leaving them in a place like this ? I would make noble my last choice .

I visited the facility today to take a tour and meet the new director. I had been a few years back and it was a hospital like environment, as I walked thru the doors today it felt very comfortable and homey. They have made so many physical upgrades to both the common rooms and living areas. I was impressed with how far they have come within a short time. I am confident they will keep up the momentum. The director and staff were very focused on resident care and quality of life. I personally feel like this facility meets a needs gap in our community. I have visited other ALF's and they are like the Hilton and so pricey I know my loved ones could not afford to live there. This is a great alternative and reasonably priced at under $2k per month. I met some residents today and enjoyed hearing their stories and listening to their journeys. I look forward to building a relationship with this facility to see all the changes they have in the works. I hope the community wraps their arms around this gem and helps to build it up for the amazing residents they serve.

10/10 I love this place the residents are some of my favorite people and they brighten the days of the staff and vice versa. Obviously no place is perfect, but in the short stretch of time I've been at Noble, I've seen many many drastic improvements for both staff and residents in an effort to keep both happy.
