The dental office is truly amazing. They see you exactly at your appointment time, no waiting. They do an exceptional cleaning and they are doing a great job with all my cavities. They are so professional with any questions or recommendations. I am so thankful for the dentist, the dentist assistant and the receptionist. They all truly care. Side note, for those paying out of pocket, they are 3 times better for 1/3 of the cost.

I have been a patient of this clinic since 2014. They have always been respectful and professional as well as having some of the best doctors, nurses and dentists available in the county. I drive all the way from another county just to be able to access this excellent resource. Everybody who works there is wonderful! I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

If I could give zero stars I would.
The staff displayed a significant lack of professionalism and empathy during my visit. When I attempted to address some sensitive questions in a public setting, I felt dismissed and unsupported. Additionally, the nurse practitioner, who is not a medical doctor, did not respond to my concerns appropriately and seemed to undermine my perspective. Overall, the experience reflected a troubling combination of unprofessional conduct and insufficient knowledge. I will be filing a compliant to the highest degree possible. Healthcare professionals should treat people with respect, care and dignity.

I have had so many horrible, sketchy, scammy dentists. I ADORE MY DENTISTS HERE. They are so professional, communicative, and comforting. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. They're bilingual, friendly, and upfront with costs. Could not recommend more.

Go anywhere else. Anywhere. Rude staff starting with the front desk and definitely the “doctors”. They should be familiar with working with low income patients since that’s what this clinic is for. When applying for the care card I provided both my husbands and my proof of income. The woman at the front desk insisted I didn’t need his income unless he was applying for his own care card (she laughed at me several times as though I had no clue what I was talking about). I explained to her since we both live in the same home and have the same dependents, that his income is essentially my income and needed to be included (even though I was medicated at the time, waiting for my procedure, and as part of her job, she should know this before encouraging someone to apply fraudulently). Over a week later I get a phone call that my application is incomplete without my husband’s income included! She smiled and took his information from me and then left it out of my application!!! Thank you Karen (literally her name, not a fill-in name for an unpleasant person). This isn’t even touching the “care” part of the experience. I let the staff know that I am anxious at the dentist (I didn’t think I was the first but the way I was treated, you’d think they’d never encountered an anxious patient). I followed all of their recommendations before,
during and after my procedure but that was difficult since they rattle off the medical terminology for what they are going to do or what you need to do, they don’t break down any of it into layman's terms for you, and then say “any questions?”. At this point if you do not ask the exact right question, you will be left in the dark. They say you can call with questions, but that only leads to phone tag where they encourage you through voicemail to make another appointment. Where they will charge you out of pocket to be seen because THEY decided not to include your husband’s income!!! Beyond frustrating. Now add in crazy pain, stitches they never said one word about so you don’t know if it’s normal to have them in the first place let alone when they fall out of your gums.

Later when asking about the pain and all the cuts across the roof of my mouth they blamed MY ANXIETY!! She said I had asked for breaks (I didn’t. The doctor in training kept saying let’s take a break, since I was having a difficult time. Any time she asked if I wanted a break I said no, I wanted to get it over with) and that I delayed things and any difficulty during the procedure was down to me. In reality, the real dentist came in and finished the procedure in less than 15 minutes but wasn’t present during ANY other part of the procedure. But she had the audacity to say that I was the cause of the delay and the cuts?!? Never during the hours I was in that chair, did I ever move enough to cause them to move, let alone cut me. Tears? Yes. Endless tears. But I did not cause ANY of the cuts in my mouth.

People come here because they are looking for affordable care. What they get is a nightmare. I wish there were a better option for our local community.

I worked for years as a patient representative (front desk) for Vail Health Hospital and I never once treated or witnessed anything like the treatment I received. I understand that was a different facility with a different budget and different circumstances, however humanity should be found in all care facilities. It’s not in this one.

Hopefully one of their mistreated patients can take legal action against them and force a positive change in this facility because the local community deserves a safe place to go in turbulent times. Until then, drive to Leadville, evergreen or Denver- ANYWHERE ELSE.

The staff are rude. While in severe pain from two teeth and with 5 confirmed infected teeth, they refused to provide antibiotics and scheduled my follow up appointment to start work nearly two months out. When I found a dentist in Denver to get me in right away I contacted the to complete a release of my chart and x-rays to be sent to my new dentist. And followed up to see if they received my completed form and sent the records. They ignored me and my follow up. They have caused me to miss two potential appointments because of this. While I have infections and I’m in severe pain. DO NOT RECOMMEND
