Can’t wait to go back! I was involved in a serious car accident about a year and half ago and my lower back and neck have given me serious problems ever since. I had an amazing experience! Everything was seamless. Dr miller was very professional and from visit one I could tell she cares. She provided me with a treatment plan that took all my worries of continued pain away. Front desk was very welcoming and made the set up hassle free. Definitely would recommend!!

Our first few appointments at Elevate have been exceptional! The office is professional and clean ana decorated super cute, might I add 😉 The staff and doctors have treated us like family and really showed care and interest in our individual case. The therapist has done a great job working with my son and keeping him engaged in exercises, which can be difficult as my son is very young. I have seen more improvement in just a few appointments at Elevate than what we experienced in over 7 months of care at a different facility prior. We would absolutely recommend Elevate to friends and family.

Had a great experience visiting Elevate Health! Marina up front is very professional, kind and accommodating. Dr Rawls is the nicest person and very personable. Also, I have been around the Tampa area all my life and i can honestly say he is one of the better chiropractors in the area.
