doctor Shah was spot on with the diagnosis. we stayed about 2.5 hours until discharged. the overnight girl at the front desk was my favorite. she was super sweet and caring. the pop tart got stuck in the vending machine and she used her own money to help me get it out for my son and gave him stickers. i don’t know her name but she had dark short hair with bangs 🙂

Absolutely love this emergency room, from the moment you walk in they are inviting and very helpful. It’s like being taken care of by family. The doctors are great; very knowledgeable and experienced with any ailment you might have.
I’ve been there 3 times with different illnesses and there diagnoses and treatment was right on the money! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE AND TRUST THEM WITH ALL MY LOVED ONES! Wish all places were like this🙌🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Aaron D

Dr. Shah was made for this career. He loves what he does and it shows. The amount of support and care he puts into his patients is incredible. He’s quick and sufficient. Anna and Viry took great care of me. Amazing staff !

My wife had a medical issue on 3-11-25
We stopped at the new El Mirage ER, since we found out it recently opened.

The front desk staff was sincere and informative.

We were seen fairly quickly.
Nurse Carlotta was very helpful and caring in her communication.

Dr.Shah was also very caring and very helpful, understanding my wife’s medical condition.

Nice to have this facility so close to our home.

Happy to have been seen by doctor M. Shah. He is very patient focused and knowledgeable. Thank you for doing what my normal specialist didn’t even think to do. Because of that you healed me. I hope I never have to go to the ER again but if I do…I will ask for you. And my nurse was the bomb. I hate I cannot remember her name which is bad on my part but she was amazing and if you are reading this I still love the hair clip. Thanks for being my nurse and showing how much I matter. I rarely leave reviews but I made sure to leave one for you guys. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently was seen by Dr. Shah, nurse Kristy, and X-ray tech Conner. I came in feeling dizzy and was seen promptly. Nurse Kristy administered my IV on the first attempt, which was particularly important to me as I have a strong aversion to needles. Dr. Shah demonstrated a high level of professionalism and extensive knowledge and even did a dance since he was impressed with his diagnostic abilities, as he was accurate about the X-ray results. Conner was very careful to make sure my baby wouldn’t get any radiation and was kind. I was a little nervous about receiving medicine and undergoing X-rays since I’m pregnant, but the team put me at ease, and I trust them completely. I am very satisfied with the care I received and am looking forward to feeling better soon. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family. ☺️♥️

They were very hospitable and service was great and quick no waiting whatsoever. Dr Shah was caring and helpful. My Nurse Melissa was awesome and very knowledgeable in her field. The Front Desk Viry helped me navigate through the paperwork and process to help me get seen quickly. 10 out of 10 I’d go there again. Highly recommended

It was my second time coming here and let me tell you it is amazing everyone was so kind and helpful in all areas of my visit! First you’re greeted by Viry at the front desk she is amazing! My nurse Ana and Dr.Shah were great from start to finish! The facility is so clean and comfortable I would highly recommend this place for quick and great service!!
