Dr. Willlingham didn't trust me to know my own body, almost had a catastrophic event. I was always pushed on her nurse practitioner who was just as bad of a listener. My husband and I were left to figure out what was wrong, thankfully we did; but they still didn't want to hear about it or help.

Dr Filsoff may be a fantastic Doctor, but her office staff is unprofessional. My doctor, also an ACP Physician, retired suddenly in December 2023. I went to the ACP website and searched for doctors accepting new patients. I called the office number in mid-December 2023 and explained the situation. I was told the next available new patient appointment was January 9th. I made appointments for my wife and myself. We showed up today January 9, 2024 and were told our appointments were on January 9, 2025!!! I’m not sure why anyone who is working for a doctor would think I could go 13 months without having a primary care physician. The receptionist was unapologetic, stated it was my misunderstanding on the date, and stated Dr Filsoff is now booking appointments for May 2025!!! In the medical profession listening and details are important, and so I cannot recommend going to this Doctor or the other doctors at this location due to the phone appointment person and receptionist at this office location (5555 5th St, Suite 101).

I have been going here for over 2 years now and it has been an absolute nightmare that borders on malpractice. From them lying about appointment times, to having there DR Hutchinson treat me like absolute garbage. The First time meeting her She sat at her computer and never engaged in any care about what I was going through. The next appointment she called in sick and passed me off to a nurse practitioner name ibriham who told me why dont you just smoke weed its legal now for your pain. I laughed until he was serious. nothing like telling a former drug addict to go to dispensary. I explained to him before his suggestion. I had not returned until today because of an emergency. Please never go there and please have kgun9 or kvoa please investigate because this will happen to one of your loved ones. They literally are the worst medical place i have been in 38 years

My kids are patients here and I will say Dr. Hutchison is amazing! She takes the time to explain and listen. Michelle is so sweet and returns calls in a timely manor. Highly recommend for family practice

El Dorado Internal and Family Medicine has the worst customer service. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. The people who answer the phones do not show compassion or empathy, they are extremely slow at getting messages to the doctors, and very rude. They do not answer the phones, so you have to constantly call, and when they do answer they hang up on the call, or put the call on long holds. Go elsewhere for your primary care needs. Do not use them, you deserve better!

DR Lewis is wonderful, She listens and works out a wellness plan for both me and my husband. I find the office staff to be friendly and polite, I would like to give them 5 stars but the phone answering is a problem. They answer right away but then put you on hold for what seems like a long time.

Dr. Lewis & her medical assistant V are very kind. However it is nearly impossible to get an appointment in a timely manner. The care coordinators (front office women) are incredibly rude and often forget to let the Dr. know you've arrived. I recently had an ultrasound and no one called with the results. I had to call them and it took over 24 hours for someone to get back to me and when they finally did they were unable to answer any if the questions I had because it wasn't the Dr. I feel like they don't actually care about the patient, they just want people in & out quickly so they can make as much money as possible. I would definitely recommend not coming to this office.

This clinic wasn't good before but now it's worse than ever. I was a patient of doctor Donovan for few years, he's gone now, no one informed me about a change of my physician. Then the time came to get a new appointment I was referred to another doctor and told to wait 4 months to see her. And I felt very ill, I didn`t know that was wrong with me at the time. Ok, I waited..in three months I got a call from them that Dr. is busy and I can see a nurse practitioner instead but still need a new appointment. Ok, I waited again. I came 20 min earlier to fill papers and was very surprised to know that I am a NEW Patient now only because they have a new database and I am not in it ... ok, I filled a ton of papers, useless forms, etc. And waited again, 1h 20 min after my appointment time!!! The nurse practitioner spent less than 13 min, mostly not listening to what I`m telling her, I know that because she re-asking me many times same things over and over again. And now again I have my next appointment in October and they called me to reschedule it... I told the receptionist it`s the third time I was rescheduled, she put me on hold each time I opened my mouth, I ask to talk to the supervisor because it`s useless to address my concerns to the receptionist - was called rude and put on hold again... I`m done with you guys, no more appointments.
