This place is great. The ladies in reception are very friendly and helpful. As are all the nurses. I don't know what's up with all the bad comments. But the truth is that this clinic is Great.

I would not recommend this place. They never miss a chance to not provide service. It’s in the culture. Hopefully this clinic closes down and VA can start investing in better care.

Waste of funds, should be shut down. Typical lazy government employees/contractors ignoring veterans and literally trying to do as little as possible while collecting a government pay check. They refer veterans to the All Valley Urgent Care now. Better off to go there and use your VA ID card.

I am absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to write a well deserved review for this clinic. My appointment was at 9 and I was called at 9:05. Dr. Courts was and Arlette Torres his assistant were absolutely amazing. They adressed all my concerns and I am leaving my appoint highly satisfied. Thank you to the entire team of VA el Centro.

Typical VA never answers the phone. And when and if they do they are rude these people treat veterans like garbage. Two ways to die for your country 1 die in combat 2 go to a VA clnic.
