Waited for over an hour for the doctor/nurse to call me. Many people that arrived after me had left before me. My appointment was at 8:15 I didn’t get called until after 9:15

Called to make an appointment and it took 40 minutes for somebody to answer, friendly but not even 3minutes to make an appointment. Dreading to go in... I know it would waste my morning or afternoon. Wish somebody would WANT to make a difference in the way this clinic is run... Too many bad references, it's a wonder how they are still in business.

AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Went in with my wife and our daughter for a check up my wife had to get after being discharged from the hospital and the dr that was going to tend to my wife was yelling at the nurses and medical staff in the hallway IN FRONT of other patients including my wife and daughter. The “Dr.”, Claudia Gonzalez to be specific, was very rude and disrespectful and nonetheless UNPROFESSIONAL. Whining and complaining to the nurses and medical staff. FIRST AND LAST TIME MY FAMILY AND I GET SEEN BY THAT DOCTOR. NEVER AGAIN! She made us feel super uncomfortable as if she was yelling at us.

The physicians that work at this clinic are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE of their patients. I had TWO different providers (Nurse Practitioner Crankshaw and Dr. Garcia) SKIP OUT on phone appointments even though I had called the clinic to confirm the appointments AND called the clinic at the time of the appointments. It is clear that they don't respect their patients' time.

I went to the emergency room in ECRMC, with pneumonia on both lungs. I walked into the ER that morning, and was not given a bed until four am. I knew the charge nurse personally. I did not want to disclose any of my medical information to him. I advised the staff about it, but they did not accommodate me. I was mistreated, disrespected, and not taken seriously. I was taken to the second floor, where I received a bed. The treatment was a million times better. You should go to the emergency room in Brawley, if you'd like to be treated respectfully.

Horrible service. I’ve only been here twice and it’s enough for me to never want to go back. Both times were a nightmare. You can tell both the doctors and staff hate their jobs. Super unprofessional, rude, they are always in a hurry. The valley has the worst medical care. I will continue to go to the doctor in Mexicali. The doctors don’t seem to actually care for your health. They don’t take time to explain things to you. Just ask you questions, and prescribe medicine in a very rushed manner. Do better.
