Today I had a dentist appointment. I was so nervous, but the two ladies taking care of me did a great job. Two fillings and a small amount of pain later, and I'm a lot less anxious about my next apointment. Thank you so much.

Today’s 3:30 12/06 visit to the vision department was horrible. I already have appointment for my daughter for high eye pressure urgency check. I went there on time there were two Mexicans at the front desk. I spoke to the lady and asked me to wait after 10 mints she called back not to get it in, but to tell me that insurance doesn’t cover this visit. Her male (May be) colleague involved in our talk suggesting changing my primary Dr. In order to be seen again which is completely awakward. Why I was basically seen here if not covering urgent matters. I told him this is stupidity and he goes angry that I looked for the Manager( African female) she came over accusing me that I used profanity and told me if you want come any more you must pay outta your pocket. Thank you vision dep for the regressed mannerism and the unorganized setting.

Today my newborn baby has appointment at 9:50 AM and unfortunately I arrived over there 9:56 AM when I ask them I have appointment the customer service staff says let me ask manager. I said every time I’m coming on time and you guys waiting me like one hours Or more than one hours and my newborn baby, she was crying a lot and still they with me more than 40 or 45 minutes then I canceled the appointment and I moved to the new clinic. I moved My husband moved and my newborn baby she moved to.

My 1st visit at El Cajon Family Health Center was highly unproductive and illustrated to me the issue with health care as a whole. Immediately when I was brought into clinic they wanted to perform additional tests to increase the bill before the healthcare provider even came in to speak with. The Physicians Assistant that saw me did not want to listen to my own experience with my body and tried to interrupt me several times while speaking and conveyed a smug air of being a gatekeeper. Overall after this experience I feel you a better off going to Mexico and risking physical harm for treatment and antibiotics than to waste your time at El Cajon Family Health Center.

I’m giving you one star because you guys are deserved for this always becoming on time to your hospital same issue they are awaiting us for a long long time and if you go over there a few minutes late They’re asking you same thing My baby was in very bad situation. She was crying too much and today she have a shot of vaccine and unfortunately, she was crying too much and they waiting us like around 40 minutes. The reason was We were seven minutes late all the times they’re doing the same thing them times our time our time is bullshit or nothing they think like that that’s why goodbye from Family health center three people from one House and I’m requesting my family and talk to them and they will leave you as soon as possible and they are 17 people

“I regret choosing El Cajon Family Health Center. They don’t value their patients’ time at all. Scheduling an appointment takes ages, and then they cancel appointments without any notice. It’s frustrating and completely unprofessional. I had to find another clinic because I couldn’t trust them to keep their word. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.”

Had two appointments here and neither time did I get to see the provider that I picked for my care. Defeats the whole purpose of doing my research and picking a doctor that I felt was best for my care. I don't like seeing just any doctor that is thrown at me!!

My appointment was at 2:35, but the doctor didn't come until 3:50. I had to leave without seeing the doctor. If we go 5 minutes late, they will cancel our appointment.
