The installation in general is clean an presentable. I've been there 3 times for my appointments in a period of 13 months, which every time the personal in reception are polite and respectful. The 1st time it took me 20 min aprox to see my Dr after that is faster and ethical. I' fall in love with the medical attention that my Dr. Serrano performance, she takes her time to explain my questions and in simple terms. Yes, I choose my primary care, my place to pickup my rescriptions

Dr Javier & Dr Milam are horrific uncaring Dr's to say the least. Dr Javier is very dismissive and does not listen to his patients. Dr Milam isn't as caring as he comes across. My experience with these two has made getting the help I need impossible. They put me on a medication I had no business being on and now I can't get the help I need. I've never felt so lied to and disrespected by two so called Dr's. My life has been miserable and only got harder since the day I met them and regret ever trusting them with my care because they've made it impossible to get the help I need.

I wish I can give it zero stars. Please please please stay away from this place .Jeff the RN is the rudest unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. No one needs a rude person in time of medical treatment. No one will ever I mean ever answer the phone here . These are the people that’s only working for the check.I Called for a week straight to get a med refill with no luck after numerous voicemail message being left. Even the pharmacy said this place is a joke. Once again stay away.

If I could give zero stars I would. Doctor’s do not approve medication refills. The reception staff said it is best to call for medication refills but do not answer their phone. If you are requesting medical documentation they will not provide you with it until you walk inside the building and demand it. The obstacles you have to over come to get your medical information and medication for your health is ridiculous. I do not recommend this facility.
