I am a 65 year old guy who has had pain every night from hip pain. My doctor suggested (demanded) I read "The Egoscue Method" by Pete Egoscue. After the read, I felt I needed the help of the Egoscue Clinic. After the free evaluation, I committed to a session. Wow! After the session, I had a pain free night! I feel this is the needed answer to my situation. No Hip Replacement for me!
BTW, ex-ray reveled hip bone spurs and arthritis. Read the book and start the recovery/improvement today, or at least tomorrow.

Have you tried everything else to get out of pain without success? That's where I was when I turned to Egoscue of North Palm Beach in anguish. I’ll start by telling you that my mom first tried Egoscue with Sean when he first moved to Florida (Ft Lauderdale then) well over ten years ago. She was in her 80s and suffered from sciatica and learned what exercises helped to eliminate the pain. She also learned how to get off the floor as she aged and little tidbits that she still uses today.very simple exercises made a huge difference. We still have some of her Egoscue props.

Now I am 56 and have back, hamstring and hip issues, I thought I may as well try Sean, now in North Palm. I am so grateful that I have the tools now for myself. Both he and Nathan have been instrumental in teaching me how to continually work on my alignment and in turn alleviate my pain. Simple exercises have completely eliminated my hamstring pain and I finally know what to do to feel better if my back acts up.

I have sent coworkers who also found the benefits of Egoscue to be life changing. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Egoscue of N Palm Beach. For YEARS I have suffered immense back pain, shoulder issues, hand issues and foot pain. I have been a hairdresser for almost 40 years and it has taken its toll. I have tried EVERYTHING short of frightening back surgery. I contemplated needing to retire. Over the last few years I had no less than 4 clients (all women over 75 years old who are active golfers and tennis players) tell me " YOU MUST TRY EGOSCUE!!". They all said that it saved their lives. I blew it off . It sounded funny. What the heck is it anyway?
Feb 2023 I had a total knee replacement and the misalignment that my walking on a terrible knee for years created torturous back pain resulting in depression . Finally I decided to Google Egoscue and found the center in North Palm Beach.
Kay Marie guided me through the process over the phone and answered all of my many questions. She was so lovely and caring. I booked my appointment ( which cost less than the copay at my pain mgmt doctor). Jess is my Egoscue Trainer. She did a thorough assessment and that day we did the regimen of E-cizes. I was prescribed the regimen and ( which is all in a VERY user friendly app including videos and timers)
WITHIN THREE DAYS of starting Egoscue, and mind you it takes 10-15 minutes a day, my entire life changed. My husband said " OH MY GOD! YOU JUST SIMPLY ROLLED OVER IN BED!!!!!".Previously it was a painful multi step process to change positions. I HAVEN'T TAKEN AN ADVIL OR NAPROXEN since JANUARY 2024!!!! SERIOUSLY! I was living on a 3x a day regimen of nsaids that was horrible. I live pain free now! The secret? POSTURE ALIGNMENT!!! IT'S THAT SIMPLE. I do my E-cizes daily and that's all it takes!!! I now walk without fear (28,000 steps a day at a theme park recently for 3 days in a row. No advil. Just E-cizes at the hotel each night).

I love this place!!! I had several sessions with Nathan and each time we met, my program changed to suit my symptoms. I had personalized attention and adjustments made to my program each visit.
