There are many social service agencies send house here Such as the community action agency which includes family success there’s also 211 Broward the department of health as well as. There’s plenty of security and they are well trained in customer service and are happy to share details about the agencies at the Center. There are agencies here that assist with utility and rent payments for those who meet the criteria. The lobby is small but is loaded with a wealth of information in the form of pamphlets and booklets. These include topics such as money management and debt management workshops and other subjects. The inside and outside of the building is clean and fresh, however, the beautiful statutes that don the outside of the building need to be pressure cleaned. There’s plently of parking and the KFC and the Swap Shop are across the street.

I just want to say this place is AMAZING!!! My initial phone interaction with Giovanni was is what brought me in. She was very calm , empathetic , and super sweet. I had concerns prior to coming in and Nurse Sasha addressed them and assisted me with the proper information. Upon coming in the MA( can’t remember her name (MsPretty Eyes) was nice and helpful as well! The doctaaaaaa MsNicole EXCEEDED any expectations. Being a WOC searching for PROPER medical care is really hard ! She asked the proper questions and positioned my level of care based on the assessment . I don’t feel as if my appointment was rushed and no details were left out! Overall I felt as if I was with family !!!! There were no holdbacks , she told me about myself and what I need to work on! MsNicole even gave me resources outside of the medical field that could help me!!!!! I left the facility feeling confident and solidified in my choice of care providers! Thank you ladies !

Excellent facility !! They truly care about their patients here. I am speaking on behalf of their women's health services.

The wait time is definitely crazy on those busy days but they take Medicaid, of course it will be busy. A lot of people need their help. It's worth every second to me because I searched endlessly for centers that take my insurance, for the care I need.

Make time for them, you won't regret it. They do need to change their process for the wait time. Seems like theyvth had this issue for a couple of years now.

The place offers good services we are thankful for that. However, the wait time is beyond belief. My. Daughters appointment was at 11:45 we arrived at 11:10 it is now 3:59 PM and still waiting. They need time management skills, and the process needs to be reviewed an revamped.

I hate this place! I’ve been coming here for about a year and every time I come here they take ages to service you! This place needs more workers or something I don’t know, it’s ridiculous how long I have to wait just to get a depo shot. I’m not pleased with this place and someone needs to do something about it!!

This place is awful. The location on 31st ave in Fort Lauderdale needs a lot of work. The practitioners are unqualified and rush during each appointment. I couldn’t even get a word in concerning MY health, without getting rudely interrupted by a NP who thought they knew more than me. I know my body and I know what is best for me... that’s what’s wrong with people in medicine, they aren’t client centered nor to they allow the client to be apart of important health decisions. On top of having unqualified practitioners, the wait was unbelievable! I waited 5 hours just to be told what I already knew and receive a cream that I could have gotten over the counter! And apparently my wait was short compared to others who spent half their day there. They are short staffed and this always seems to be the case every time I come here. If you can see a real doctor please do so! It’s just not worth coming here.

Super disappointed. Came in to transfer shot records from one state to Florida and this place is super unorganized. I've lived in several states and you could definitely learn from their models to become more efficient and less chaotic. I'm giving you a 1 because this is obviously a poor management issue. Your employees are super friendly and professional. Shame on you for making them work in such an environment and shame on you for making the public endure your super chaotic poor management skills.

Doctors and nurses here really care about their patients and make a difference .. every time I make an appointment I never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, they never rush you and answer any questions you have with true intentions of doing their best to help. Rahylah I’m not sure how to spell her name is a wonderful person along with “Miss Best” who has helped me more than I could have ever asked or expected, they truly make a difference .. I would give this place a 100,000 stars if I could .. everyone here is truly amazing and caring
