Excellent customer service and instructions on how to operate the van. We rented for the first time today. My mother had a specialist appointment at a hospital. My mother had a massive stroke almost a year ago and is bedridden. Today was the first day my mother left her home without being in an ambulance.

The appointment was a success and you should have seen all the smiles on my mother's face.What a very positive experience! We will become regulars and kudos to your company for this wonderful experience.

Came here to get my moms ramp fixed and now it’s more broken than before. As someone who relies on their wheelchair accessible van, this isn’t acceptable. Will be going somewhere else to fix what they broke and somewhere that stands by their work.
