Very unprofessional how they disrespect the people that goes here for any type of help, employees will turn their back on you like they really don’t care in what you need help with. They will scream, disrespect, the main disrespectful is the receptionist in the front as soon as you enter to your right you’ll see her I don’t quite got her name but she’s very racist and will disrespect you as soon as you ask the minimum question. What a shame!

Crowded unorganized too many people with no mask right up on you but the worker was polite organized and knowledgeable I was able to get what I went there for accomplished with no problem so I guess that's the three star. Getting your needs accomplished is the main thing. Just take a long some patience

The worker's don't do their jobs. You should not have to keep coming in to the office to get he your worker to call. Their answering machine is constantly full and the worker never pick up the phone. What happened to working for the public, your community, making the economy better with out suffering?

This Place helps people in need very helpful they give information and any help you may need they answer your questions if you go you will have to take patience it is ALWAYS packed with folks and will need to have endurance to stand in very long lines the good thing is when you leave their offices you will have the help you need. must be patient the place is ALWAYS PACKED.

Everyone They closed 28th and 29th for hurricane Ian didn’t update their site or anything I don’t have a car so I had to Uber here wasting money.
