Let me Begin by saying how much I love this doctor and how much he truly has helped me!

This Monday, as in 2 days ago, I called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked me when I would like to come in and I told her the sooner she had available. She said okay I have Wednesday available at 1:30. I said okay great that's perfect! So today I show up at 1:30, fill out my paperwork turn it in and go to the restroom. Once I come out of the restroom one of the ladies tells me your appointment isn't until next Wednesday it's not today.....
Ummmmmm, EXCUSE ME
I said well I called Monday and she asked me when I would like to be seen and I told her the earliest possible and she said Wednesday at 1:30. She didn't ever say anything about next week! EVER! So, a very madly grabbed my things from the lobby and walked out. Now I guess me working in customer service basically my entire life I would have never ever allowed this to happen to a customer! I would have never let them walk out and I would have fit them in because it wasn't even busy! I will let Dr M know and I'll also let him know how unprofessional they were at the front desk, blaring music, singing like they're at a concert. They are not the most professional looking ladies by far but good customer service goes a long way and they are lacking that!

Ever since the first time I came to see Dr Mcalister he was always very friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. He has helped me tremendously with my chronic shoulder that no other doctor could ever get me relief. With the injections it has made it able to function on a day to day basis. I very very highly recommend this clinic for anyone is need of help.

First Dr. In 25 years that has truly treated my pain and not by medicine. He did a procedure called Facet Injections and they have changed my life. For the first time in many years I can enjoy life almost pain free. I was terrified of the injections and his amazing staff talked to me at length about how the procedure is done and what I could expect afterwards. Highly recommend Eastern Shore Pain Management.

I had my daughter see Dr. Mc Allister for back pain associated with a Ski Racing injury. He was rude, condescending and verbally abusive to her. He refused to listen to her medical history and threw her out when she didn't know how to pronounce the medical terms of her previously diagnosed injuries from three years ago at age 15. Horrible experience for a young adult who has a diagnosed and preciously treated injury and is in pain. We were only looking for a PT referral, she was in tears leaving his office.

Never go to this doctor if you need pain relief. All he does is run unnecessary test or treatment you don't need. Only to be able to bill your insurance. He doesn't listen to you just talk all over you during exam.

Horrible physician! Very strange procedures in how to see people. I've been seeing pain doctors for over two years now, and this was the first place I've walked in, to which people didn't look like they were in CHRONIC PAIN whatsoever! If you don't get these 'injections' (which are NOT ADA certified, or are right for all patients) you're turned away. To me he is just a script writer.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. McAllister knows what he’s doing. He has helped me more in 6- months than than all the other Dr’s Ive ever went to. Awesome staff ! Very professional.
