Do not become a patient here if you are military or have an option to be seen somewhere else!! I am an active duty service member who is on recruiting duty in the area. I will be filing a complaint with Tricare and hopefully getting this office taken off of the list so no one else has to deal with the nonsense I have had to deal with.

I currently have pinched nerve in my neck that is making my whole right arm be in extreme pain. I tried all day to have my pain medication prescription renewed only to find out that the one person who can do it wasn’t in the office today. The RX lady didn’t even know that she wasn’t available today. When I finally got a call back from the one person who can renew the prescription, she immediately accused me of being a drug addict. They don’t care if you’re in pain. They’ll just preach to you about how many people die each year from drug overdose. They are very judgmental and pushy about most things. There is zero patient privacy due to the walls between rooms being paper thin.

I’m pretty sure this review will get deleted along with all of the other negative reviews in the past. Hence why they only have three reviews with all five star ratings......

I have been seeing the practice's nurse practitioner Dr. Gilbert (she has a Ph.D) for about a year. She is wonderful! This isn't a five minutes in-and-out kind of place. They really take the time to listen to you and figure out what care is best for you. I've never felt pressured or judged by anyone who works there. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend, especially Dr. Gilbert.

I’ve have been looking for a place like this for 40 years!!!!! Great atmosphere, relaxed, and the focus on spending time with you, caring and figuring out how to help. I have never felt rushed ! I always leave with ideas and tips on how to better my health. I love it
