We love Dr. Walker and the whole crew at Eastern Shore Children’s clinic! We are first time parents and she has been so kind and understanding to us during our visits. She is knowledgeable and always up to date on evidence based practices. Thank you all at Eastern Shore for making our parenting journey a little less stressful!

Worst experience, clinical care and customer service. I would not recommend this clinic. From the front office taking personal calls and not addressing patients at the front desk, to the nursing team not returning medication questions, to the physician not giving my newborn a GI referral when asked and the office manager not reaching out when I asked to speak with him twice during two separate phone calls. The amount of negative interactions I had with this clinic are numerous. I would not recommend this clinic if your child has any advanced clinical needs.

I came to see Dr Carlisle & waited two hours to be seen. She offered no apology & stayed less than a minute in the room. Asked how much longer it would be after an hour , they said 10-15 minutes. She didn’t see me until 50 minutes after that. I regularly go here & never had a problem but I wouldn’t recommend Dr Carlisle to anyone.

Very positive experience. Dr. Fitzharris has been a wonderful pediatrician for our three kids. Stayed an hour after hours to make sure our son was okay. Front office ladies are so nice and accommodating. Nurses are great with kids. Highly recommend!

I transitioned my 2 kids to this pediatric office after my health insurance changed. They were both seen by Dr. Burns and it was discussed that my oldest son was on anxiety medications. When I called to get a refill, she says that “though we did discuss him being on these medications she did not agree to continue prescribing them and he should see a psychiatrist”. Which is all fine HOWEVER she didn’t think I needed to know this during the visit in which we discussed him being on these medications and her being his primary care doctor. Totally unprofessional and leaves my child in limbo for medications that CANNOT be abruptly discontinued.

As a new parent we were so worried about who our pediatrician was going to be. I had heard nothing but good things about the Doctors and staff at Eastern Shore Children's Clinic. From the first time walking in and meeting Dr. Moore we felt we made the right decision and was in great hands. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Moore and the nurses. They always have smiles and are excited to see our daughter!! We truly feel like we are family there.

We love all of the doctors at Eastern Shore Children’s Clinic. Dr. Moore has been my son’s pediatrician since birth and she is always willing to listen to any concerns I have and either put my mind at ease or recommend alternatives to help whatever problem we’ve had. We’ve also been able to get in for sick appointments the same day we’ve called. We’ve seen almost all of the doctors and both nurse practitioners (Olivia Akins is AMAZING!) and would recommend them all!
