I’m new in town, and was looking for a new doctor close to my job on Arch st, because I been having medical problems. I walked in with my mask on, and a Chinese lady start yelling for me to go back out the door and call ..WOW I said ok , so I called outside the door to become a new patient, even the Caucasian lady at the front desk apologized for her behavior. I said never mind, I told her that lady scared me. She beg to start over and to give them another try this was on Thursday, August 13, 2020 so I answered her questions and she said Simone will call me to make an appointment with me. She call back Ghe next day Friday and said there was no slots available for me. I was nice and said ( just no slots for me) I told her we will go with this one. It’s very said that people out there can be mean in a small town.

Love small town feel. Dr. Walton was kind and knowledgeable. Staff was nice and very accommodating. Even living in Covid era.
