Call this office at 12 o’clock for an appointment front desk representative Brittany was Awfully rude cut me off in a rude tone when I asked for a manager she giggled at me and hung up the line. I called back stated I like to speak to a manager. No words were spoken from Brittany. She hung up again call back for the third time, Brittany went ahead and disconnected that line as when she picked up the phone called back and For the fourth time and spoke to LEDA The manager and it seemed to her that Britney’s actions were A-OK for this type of facility it seems like hospitality and customer service is not a main concern in this facility and discipline actions aren’t taken when a complaint is made about an employee

I am writing this review late ! Because I had my procedure done some years ago .. But Its been on my heart to tell my story of how horrible this place is. I opted in to physical abortion rather than the pill, they are supposed to give a sedative, I guess, but because they are so eger to kill as many babies as possible, mine had not set in by the time they started … I felt and heard the dismemberment and suction of my unborn child. I can remember this experience like it was yesterday. I don’t wish this experience on my worst enemy…. By the time I felt like the sedative had finally kicked in , I was wheeled in to the room , and shortly after shaken awake and was told I have to leave now.. my comfort was of no priority. This place is something out of a horror movie. It has taken me years to recover from this trauma … I know abortion is a delegate topic and I know if you are reading my post, this has to be a tough and vulnerable period in your life. But I encourage you to keep your child as it a Blessing !!!!!! But if you are still content on terminating, I highly suggest Do not go here …

One star is far more than this place deserves. My girlfriend went in for a procedure that was not done to completion causing her to be violently ill then having to have emergency surgery 24 hours later. With all due respect, the doctor seems a bit elderly to still be practicing and obviously very negligent. Seemed like he was more interested in commenting on her tattoos saying she "must get around" and rushing to the bagel shop next door than making sure he completed the procedure. If walking is a difficult task it might be time to not perform medical procedures. Also, I could over hear the staff members, who were the best part of the clinic, speaking about trying not to upset the doctor in any way which seemed unsettling. Find a better clinic.

In regards to your response, unfortunately your office was contacted and we were given
a recommendation to wait until going to the hospital ending in 3 different trips to the emergency room, surgery and countless rounds of antibiotics. There's a reason your practice hasn't received many positive reviews in the past several years. Instead of wasting your time trying to defend your offices incompetence, try fixing it. Just a thought.

I honestly don’t even know why I even went here in the first place . You don’t gotta tell a person numerous of times the cost of the pill and procedure when I clearly came in to know how many weeks I am, they ASSUMED I wasn’t going to keep it. The doctor was an hour late, didn’t say good morning. Doctor was on his phone as if there was 8 of us waiting. They rushed me out the room without telling me how many weeks I am and my due date. Will not be coming back, should’ve known by the reviews.

If i could leave zero stars i would. they are very money hungry and do not care about their patients. My mom went there to get an ultrasound and see how far along she was, and they told her the baby is fine and just asked for the money only to find out she was having a miscarriage. i would NEVERRRR recommend anyone going there. they are very sketchy.

Everybody stop reading the reviews! This place is great. I came in with reading the reviews and was terrified to go in, but i was wrong!. The staff is kind and supportive and I highly suggest anybody to go here. 5/5 stars, thank you guys!

This place has been the only thing there for me when I was in a dark place & needed help, besides my fiancé of course. All of the women do care, idk why people in these reviews are so sensitive. I was very early, 5 weeks 3 days, no baby was found in a sonogram. I’ve seen reviews of people complaining the nurses didn’t take them seriously & didn’t think some of the women were really pregnant, and that’s NOT true. Like i said, no baby was found in me because of how early I was, the nurse asked questions like “do you feel pregnant, are you experiencing symptoms such as…”. That is their JOB, and honestly I am impressed with how efficient this place runs. Short, sweet, to the point. Thank you ladies and the doctor for helping women

The staff was awesome and very nice. They made me feel very comfortable because deep down I was so scared. I was able to get a last minute apt. I would have given a five Star but what through me off was the doctor. When he was sedating me he wasn’t using a glove. However the process was fast I didn’t realize I was done. I just woke up on the chair clueless. The doctor came to the recovery room bleeding I guess he suffers from skin problems. I just hope when he was doing my procedure he was using gloves.
