This was a lifesaver. I was in Disney with my cold getting worse. I was having difficulty breathing
The nurse practitioner Heather came to my room. Took my vitals and new I had bronchitis which I am prone to
She had all the meds to give me. She was so professional and knowledgeable and put me at ease. I was able to continue my vacation after one day of rest. Truly a life saver. Worth every penny

When my daughter got an ear infection while we were staying at a Royal Pacific visiting Universal, I braced myself for a long ED or urgent care visit followed by a trip to the pharmacy and just a ton of waiting and inconvenience. Instead, when I called East Coast Medical they were sympathetic and friendly and offered me an appointment within an hour. They offered to come to the hotel but we had our car so I drove to the office. The office was beautiful and clean and all were professional. The doctor took a lot of time with us and discussed our preferences and treatment plan . To my amazement, they provided me with the antibiotics and ear drops my child would need for her entire course of treatment. So we left with everything we needed. They called twice over the next five days to check in on her and see how she was doing. Also remarkable! For all of this, including medication, the charge was $356 without insurance. The receipt they emailed me was quickly accepted by my HSA and I was reimbursed. I’ve been in healthcare 22 years as a nurse and I have never seen a higher quality operation. I am so grateful they were there for us!

Fantastic experience! Put me at ease throughout the whole experience. Start to finish nothing but professional, caring and welcoming staff. Would highly recommend if you need urgent care!

Stayed nearby at Hard Rock, such close proximity and had thought I’d be waiting hours. Was seen within 10 minutes of getting there having called first thing to check how it works as a tourist
