All the 1 star reviews for this practice are due to the previous owner, Dr. Wang. Dr. Wang was great but she was assertive with customers. Ever since Dr. Chatha took over the practice, the customer service has immensely improved. He’s very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. The office is easily accessible. Parking lot is a bonus. I love how I can just text them questions regarding my appointments or prescriptions rather than calling.

First time ever visiting the eye doctor and it was a great experience from the moment I arrived until I walked out the door. Dr. Chatha was amazing. All of my concerns and questions were addressed with kindness and professionalism. The intake front desk lady was great. After my appointment the lady who helped me pick out frames was absolutely AMAZING. She went out of her way to find the best fit for me. I had a late appointment and was tired and ready to go home but she was quick and efficient and made sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you to the entire team. The new office locale though spartan and anitiquated on the outside, which i actually liked, the inside was sparkling and spacious and had all the modern equipment. The two female staff members/assistans ( dont know official title) were very pleasant and friendly as was the doctor. They took me 45 minutes early and i was done in less than half an hour. Suite 200 is on the first floor but the old school elevator is not a bad experience. I had a really pleasant visit. Oh yeah and there is no official parking for suite 200 so park anywhere and…also you can park on the street in the shade on the other side of fence and there are two points of entry through the fence.

The staff and doctor were very helpful and kind. The doctor was very knowledgeable and got my prescription up to date. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions as well as addressing my concerns. My husband and I are new to town, and I have had the same optometrist for 29 years. She recently passed away after we moved. rest her soul. I was happy to find this place since change isn’t always easy. So far, they seem to have great client care!
