Wonderful experience! Misty got me in two days earlier than my appointment due to a family emergency. The hygienist was very kind and thorough. And the dentist, who has a great sense of humor BTW, was very professional. I was concerned about being able to afford services, but my mind was put at ease with their membership program which is more affordable than dental insurance (which I do not have). I'm so glad I started using Eagle Valley Family Dentistry for all my dental care.

Left here really disappointed. Paid $490 out of pocket for a regular cleaning and X-Rays. Only to find out this office does not accept my insurance despite not getting any push back from reception. Staff misguided me multiple times on insurance refund. Most importantly staff dismissed my concerns, were ignorant and talked over me when asking questions. The receptionist even questioned my intelligence which was very degrading. I paid less money out of pocket without insurance at other dentists and received better quality care elsewhere.

I had a family member who broke a tooth from their dentures and they tried to fix it the same day. Even though it didn't work we took them back and they sent denture to lab and was able to fix it. It was a big relief and the charge was reasonable. They were very kind and Misty is wonderful!!!

If I could give Eagle Valley Family Dentistry a ten I definitely would . My hubby broke a tooth while eating breakfast , I had heard good things about this business and decided to call to see if I could get him in and luckily they had an opening . From the moment he walked in their door till he left hours later each and everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to X-Ray tech to the Dr and anyone I might have forgotten treated him amazing . They worked on him non-stop for 2.5 - 3 hours as my hubby is one of those dental patients that has long tight roots and is not easy to work on , they finally got the tooth pulled & sent him home with a lot of good knowledge for after care that he needs to do .

I was experiencing severe pain so came here. They told me I needed a root canal done.

I don't have insurance and can't afford a root canal. When I asked if they could just extract it they actually chuckled at me. Was told they couldn't extract it unless they also put an implant in afterwards, which ends up being even more expensive than a root canal.

They said they were gonna send in 2 scripts to my pharmacy. One for infection and one for pain. They forgot to send in the one for pain. When we called from the pharmacy was told the dentist was driving and would have to pull over when they could to call it in.

Terrible experience. Doesn't seem like they care about patients. They only care about milking them for every penny.

I was dealing with excruciating tooth pain, and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. Dr. Gossner was incredibly kind, understanding, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me, which really put me at ease. Misty at the front desk was also so kind and helpful, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of excellent dental care! The office was also very clean and up to date!
