I was introduced to this provider at Insa in South Tampa. Dr. Torres was there with his staff greeting Insa customers. Dr. Torres convinced me to switch providers to his practice, Dynamic, based upon their referral program. I have been a loyal customer ever since (over two years now) and have sent referrals over the years which we both benefited from. Unfortunately, I was informed during my renewal that they no longer honor their own referral program. This was advised to me after I had made a valid referral who sought and received services at this location - based upon my referral. We all know there are dozens of places that patients can get renewed that honor their referral program. Disappointed with Dr. Torres for luring potential customers in based upon a referral program that no longer exists.

Dynamic Health & Wellness was so great in taking the time to explain things about concerns I had. Dr. Torres was so gracious to bring his expertise and experience as a doctor in Puerto Rico and the continental US and share with me some of the workings of the process of care, before and after treatment.
