I cannot say enough wonderful things about this doctor’s office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was quick and seamless.

The Dr. is absolutely amazing—kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed during my appointment, which is so rare these days.

The entire team genuinely cares about their patients, and it shows in every aspect of their work. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment, follow-ups, or even dealing with insurance, the staff goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free.

I'm a retired Orthodontist from California living full time in the Keys for 17 years. I know most everyone dreads going to the dentist. Malissa (front desk) made me welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in. The office is modern and clean. There are large screen TVs in the waiting room and operatory with 4K scenic videos playing, which is very relaxing No commercials...lol). When Dr. M walked into the operatory, he was warm and caring and took the extra time to chat and get to know me... he did not just rush into the procedures. His assistants Anna and Jill were equally nice and professional, and their teamwork with Dr. M was well coordinated and flawless. I was here for an extraction of an unrestorable cracked tooth and 2 implants. In my 73 years I have had hundreds of "numbing shots", and I can unequivocally say Dr M gives the most painless shots ever! (shots are never fun, nor painless every time, especially on the roof of the mouth, so don't expect your experience to be the same, but it should be easy and quick). He is very concerned with your comfort and stops his procedure to give another injection if you feel even the slightest pain. Post-op instructions were well written and understandable. Dr M gives patients his cell # so if you have any problems, you can reach out to him directly. This is definitely a 5 Star Doc and office... if there were 6 stars I would give him that. As a dental professional, you can trust my unbiased professional review!
