This spot not it. Called to schedule blood work needed for my dermatologist since I’m on accutane, but when I came to my appointment they told me that I needed to reschedule because they don’t do other doctor orders. One of the ladies at the back of the front was just especially rude to me.

I don’t know why this place has such low ratings. I’ve gone several times for different things and every time the staff is super nice and helpful, including the nurses and doctors.

I called around 9:00 a.m. My phone call was answered within a minute, And I was given very knowledgeable information that answered my question briefly and straight to the point.

Horrible service at the front desk. Called politely to try and book an appointment and the person at the front desk was rude the entire time and did not sympathize with the fact that someone was sick. Unbelievable and disappointing reflection for the University. Honestly deserves 0 stars rating wise.

Drexel Health has to be the worst student health center ever. If they can't handle the volume, they should not be responsible for anything. I tried calling for more than a week with an average an hour each call to no avail. This is so ridiculous.

Dr. Gary Davis is an unprofessional doctor. I went to student health for a prescription of alprazolam for my flight anxiety. I have taken this drug before many times and it has been prescribed to me by my home healthcare professional for this very reason. He refused to give it to me based upon his personal policy regarding controlled substances even though I was able to provide him the prescription bottle from previous use. I found his tone to be rather condescending towards me because I am a student. He proceeded to try to put me on beta blockers because he uses them for his student athletes for their performance anxiety. Beta blockers are a heart medication for blood pressure control, he did not ask if I had any heart conditions or look into my history. He told me that the beta blockers would not help my anxiety mentally but that it would help my body's reaction. His choice to give medical advice based upon his own personal opinions and policies is incredibly unprofessional. His attempt to dictate what I need for my own mental health is unprofessional.

This place has some great doctors, if the particular doctor I have was not here, I wouldn’t continue to go. But on a side note I just got hung on 3 times trying to schedule an appointment for a medication refill. I’ve gotten some really great treatment here by great staff but I’ve also gotten some really poor treatment and advice by bad staff. Go somewhere else if you have no other Choice.

It’s frustrating, either Drexel doesn’t pay the staff enough or they’re understaffed (or they’re hiring the wrong people). On top of all this, tower health has been an absolute nightmare (the company who manages it now)

I would rate the customer service here 0 star if I can. Horrible people at the front desk. They were unwilling to help me with my appointment and were very rude on the phone.
