He is a great Dr. but his staff has a lot of communication problems. He does phone appts but they won’t give a time for the appt. They expect you to wait all day when your appt is at 10am and might not call until 6 pm. They have not refilled my prescriptions in a timely matter and let me cold turkey off anti-depression meds which is a no no. There is no way they will give a message to the Dr or have him call you back unless you make a appt and I have been his patient for over 7 years. I think it’s time to find another Dr.

I've been with Dr Fayad for about 12 years. Best doctor ever. He is very knowledgeable. I have worked with many different doctors over many years in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. By far picks up on diagnosis better than anyone else. Office wait times are typically short. I recommended Dr. Fayad to all my residents and friends every chance I get. They consistently come back and thank me.

We had EXCELLENT care while with Dr. Fayad. Yes the wait can be a longer time than some may like as I noted in other reviews - but we have waited MUCH longer at other Dr. Offices.

Dr Fayad is personable & professional - a combination that is often not observed in the medical field. He is very thorough, he CARES, he makes time for his patients. He takes time to explain tests, procedures, diagnoses, etc. He WILL see you when you need him.

On Mon. I call for my husband’s blood pressure meds. Wed. during an appointment you explained how busy Mon and Tue were for you. Your responsibility to us lies in explaining your busy on those days. You don’t have time for prescriptions. We expect to be able to contact our Dr anytime. You explained you had 72 hours for a refill, I was at hour 48. You also explained several times I wasn’t your only patient. I responded with “maybe I need a new dr”. You responded with a shrug. Is that the Dr’s attitude? Friday the blood pressure meds had not been sent to the Military base. Im not sure why, retaliation or negligence. Either is serious, people without heart meds face serious heath risks. A full working week and no blood pressure med.
Also, you need to be aware, as senior the other partner may have issues. In the last couple of weeks I’ve been in the ER with high blood pressure. This is unnecessary stress for me.

Dr. Fayad knows and cares for each of his patients personally. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I would recommend Dr. Fayad , he is very understandable and good listener . I think the wait time is acceptable compared to other doctors in the area at least in my opinion . The staff is ok but can be more friendlier with patients.

Went in to get a prescription for a different diabetic drug tester. Waited no the office for an hour and one half. Went to the desk clerk and ask what was going on? She went into the back area and then told me to go back. I then sat therefor over a half hour. I then ask the nurse what was going on. She left and came back with a prescription for a new tester. I then agent to the pharmacy and they said the prescription was it filled out right. I then went back to the Dr office the next day and again after a long wait she came out and told me I would have to take another test. I just got up and walked out. Note I never seen the dr during this whole experance!!!
