I have had the worst experience with this office. I can never get them on the phone. Dr Li is not personal. I can't get in if I'm in severe pain. I'm switching as soon as possible

Dr. Li is an outstanding pain specialist who has been providing procedures to bring relief from pain for my mother for years. He has always been kind and precise in his work. I read some reviews that he doesn't spend much time at the bedside, but these reviews are not accurate. He always asks if the patient has questions and listens. Dr. Li dedicates his time and talent to many hundreds of patients. Thank you, Dr. Li, for your work!

Something I learned a long time ago as far as doctors goes. A bad bedside manner does not judge how good a doctor is. They can be so focused on the task at hand, that being personable is not the priority. Quality medical care is the priority! My experience with Dr. Li is this… my first visit was very short and to the point. My procedure he was kind, but very focused, and he did his job very professionally and successfully. I would say this if you would like quality medical care, Dr Li is an excellent choice. If you’re looking for a buddy to be nice to you and make you feel good about yourself,, maybe a counselor is what you are looking for? Yes… it is nice to get both but if one must go, I will keep the professionalism in medical care way over the how nice they are to me. Thank You Dr. Li.

If you want a supercilious, condescending brute of a doctor, Li is the way to go. He makes his big bucks on Facet injections which are given out like water whether you need them or not. Avoid this Neanderthal of a “doctor” unless you are masochistic and wish to be in more pain than you were on arrival at his office. The old adage “ If the shoe fits” is most applicable to Lii. However, this rubes case warrents a clodhopper. If. negative stars were a possibility, without a doubt I, and many others, would leave them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lee for years dealing with chronic pain. My last appointment was particularly upsetting.

If you want a doctor that will treat you like you’re a human, this is not your doctor. If you want a doctor with bedside manners and compassion, he’s definitely not for you. He’s the only doctor I’ve ever had where I leave feeling worse about myself than when I arrive, lately he’s been particularly horrible I was immobile for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving, unable to walk or work. I came in discouraged and physically miserable.

He was in and out of the office in less than 2 minutes, he was in such a rush I couldn’t ask any questions. I brought up a suggestion that his PA suggested to me in the previous appointment, which he quickly disapproved of, which I found discouraging.

I have been having problems with my hips, he didn’t look to confirm what the issue was, wrote me a prescription for an anti inflammatory and was out of the office, I was clearly upset, and not doing well. Do not expect to spend more than 5 minutes with him, I can’t believe I pay someone to treat me like that. I left the appointment feeling hopeless. I hope that he treats his other patients better than that. Such a disappointment.

Dr Li, Ashley P.A, & all everyone else that works for Dr Li are the best and they really take care of me how a patient should be taken care of. I’ve been going to Dr Li office for about two years now and it’s the best experience ever. I notice so many bad reviews on here and I disagree with all of them. Thank you so much Office staff, Dr Li, and Ashley for always being there for me 🙂

I got an epidural injection from him due to spinal injury. I thought he said "epidermal" and he kept repeating that it is a very "superficial" procedure. He tried to do it without any topical pain relief and it felt like a knife stabbed my spinal cord and cut a ligament (felt like). After the injection I realized he had missed by placing the injection at c3 instead of c1 and on the right instead of the left. After this procedure, I contacted him multiple times over several months telling him I'm in extreme pain.

He hasn't responded one SINGLE time. Nor does reception answer when you call NOR DOES HIS CLINIC HAVE AN EMAIL CONTACT. Dr LI? Is anyone HOME?
