I truly appreciate Dr Mendez.. he was very thorough and was patience with me and my concerns. Addressed all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Mendez to anyone. One concern is he is so busy and honestly White Wilson should have my doctors and or PA’s in the Crestview offices . It’s becoming more stressful for people to see doctors in the upper Okaloosa and Walton counties to see doctors from this network that take on new patients … They NEED more Doctors..

My name is Grady Nichols and I and my wife, Diana Nichols and our daughters, April, Melissa and Cristina have been patients of Dr. Vicente Mendez for over 10 years. Dr. Mendez has been a wonderful doctor who has taken great care of my wife and myself over the years and our daughters as well. Dr. Mendez treats you like family and puts you at ease the minute you meet him. He is and always has been very attentive, very caring and very thorough. He always listens, really listens and offers good, sound advice and has become a mentor to me and my family. He has become part of our family and I bring him some of my homemade hili every chance I get. Dr. Mendez is such a great doctor and a GOOD SAMARITAN! If you are looking for a family doctor, give Dr. Vicente Mendez a call..Ask for Cheryl, she is his Office Manager. You'll be GLAD you did!

As a person, Dr Mendez is nice. As a physician, he didn't listen to me. I saw him 3x, and didn't get a referral to the specialist I need to see. Nurse Beatrice is also nice, and told me she would get the referral done. I called her each day for a week, and she didn't get back to me. All around, it was not a productive experience, and I cannot recommend Dr Mendez, or his office in general.
