Let me tell you I am an ICU RN who went to this place. They have CNA managing picc lines here FACTS. They also fill their own saline syringes ! They also mix their own meds and I have personally caught them filling them with no gloves on. Of course I said something when a CNA was flushing my PICC! These are serious violations ! Nobody wears badges except the PA ...NO STAFF wears them so you won't they're CNA , but I happen to know one who works there. I told her to her fave she can't touch a picc line..
As for cleanliness...it's dirty. The picc nurse had sterile gloves on while placing my picc which I had to go to er to have reinsert, but she opens drawers and touches all kinds of things while she is placing a picc WHICH SHOULD BE STERILE. In regards to the person who stated it can't be sterile
..it better be or you can get a blood infection. Whoever that is , is clearly not a medical professional.
They also WILL NOT order home health so you have to go their infusuon center. You should have home health.
Went to get my picc dressing changed and with the gloves the lady had on, she ripped my dressing off , and slapped a tegaderm on it without cleaning it. Forget about a picc dressing change kit...they will not order them and do it sterile technique. Whoever thinks this is okay , call the state and ask them. This is not OK. Go to this place at your own risk.

I think these Healthcare workers are a special breed. After reading some of the poorer reviews, I was shocked at how sensitive people are. There's no such thing as a sterile environment when you're treating dozens of people a day through picc lines HOWEVER the nurses do their jobs when sterilizing any equipment they touch. Especially the entire line going into our bodies. We live in an oversensitive society nowadays so don't listen to the negative comments and think they're not overreacting or hypochondriacs

9Yrs ago she took care of my stepson who almost died from a infected breastplate, he had the complete breastplate removed and he was treated by her for one year and infection free. My wife is now being treated for a major infection of her rt foot, she is Diabetic and almost lost her foot and is on the road to recovery. She's one of the best wound care professionals around

Dr Sastry is a DANGEROUS INCOMPETENT Dr. She is all about the $&&. I worked home health care for many years and her reputation was abysmal. My son has a port that ends in his heart. This should be handled with care and STERILE technique. The office DOES NOT have the necessary supplies for a central line. This pits him at risk for a blood infection. He tells me the office is dirty and the nurses do not use sterile technique.
I want him to find a competent Dr as soon as possible.

Dr was very adamant about putting me on a pick line in first visit to the office even before blood work was done after the pick line was installed I went for treatments every morning I got anabiotic‘s I explained that there was discomfort in the arm and I was told that it was just probably from having the line installed after six days I complained again I told exact same thing Dr really didn’t give me no explanation on what exactly we were treating and how long I would be on that day seven came where my bandage was supposed to be changed it was red swelled, bruising, and had blisters. I explained I wanted the pick line out the nurse took the pick line out and told me I needed to go get an ultrasound I went to the hospital to get an ultrasound and have been admitted for a blood clot that is close to my heart and lungs which is called a DVT blood clot I do not recommend getting a pick line and I will not return to this doctor or this facility they don’t listen to your concerns I am now on bed rest and blood thinners for the next 6 months. Would not recommend this

The is the 2nd visit with the doctor at this office. Waited over an hour for a picc line. Must have seen 10 patients that came in after us and left before us. Staff kept saying you guys will be next... but they kept calling other people. Asked if there was another place we can go to get the picc line in but they gave us the run around. Asked to speak to the office manager and they claimed they did not have one. Staff there are very unprofessional.

When I first started out a year ago the hospital and other doctors told me they were going to have to amputate my left foot due to a serious infection. When Dr. Sastry saw me she was very helpful and gave me a prescription for my picc line and some antibiotics. Even though she did not accept my insurance she treated me for free until I could get insurance that would work. A year later I still have my foot and am healed!

Doctor is rude and can't keep employees working for her. She can compound her own medications. If she can't be at least professional and treat people with some dignity, then she needs to find a new line of work.

Dr. Sastry: no one is your punching bag or your toilet. It doesn't cost you anything to be professional and civil, which you were not.
