Used for basic needs however when I had a real concern about my health uncovered by my ob she neglected to assist with the concern she blew it off. After condition continued to increase she show no interest in correcting or helping with my suffering. She was argumentative and then stated she had real patients with diagnoses that can’t get insurance approval and couldn’t believe I had insurance approval for the treatment from my ob for short term care while addressing it with my PC giver. I was insulted she also stated I should cut my hair because that could be a factor in headaches.(stated I had significant amount of dreads in my hair) I have had dreads for over 6yrs. She also stated it was in my head. After walking out requesting to talk with management she said I could order some testing. However I immediately changed primary care doctor and was tested and diagnosed with diabetes. She had no intention or interest in my health or my suffering I was having. I feel discriminated against my race as well as being a military spouse with tri care insurance. Dr Sherre should not practice medicine. Her heart is not in it and she has no empathy for her patients. She displayed a very unprofessional atmosphere. After changing doctors I received a letter stating the office would no longer treat any medical needs I may have and basically stated I could never use the medical services or other doctors at that clinic. What a blow to insulating me. Band me after I reported the treatment to tri care and after I changed doctors. What a joke and the management director stated she would escalate this and resolve this yet they would not return my call for getting records prepared for transfer. Unbelievable! Never have I ever been treated so horrible. My health is important as it should be. To be discriminated and treated in this manor is not exceptable for any human. Your my doctor by choice that my insurance pays and yet treated as if I was a bother to you. Stand up for yourself don’t let any doctor treat you as if your health doesn’t count. It should count the most while you are in the room. Nothing else should matter more. Good luck to you if you choose to use this office location. Don’t settle. If you don’t care about you then who will….

She makes me so incredibly nervous that my blood pressure sky rockets when I have to see her. She makes me feel like a junkie when asking for the same medication I've been on for years for Adhd and talks to me in a condescending manner. I wish she understood adhd in adults, was more sympathetic to our needs, and knowledgeable about medication use past 50. There's so few mental health providers in this area that we really have to rely on our pcp.
Beyond that, I have to constantly go back and forth between her office and insurance companies because she doesn't put enough information when they ask for authorization so I haven't been on diabetic medication for months (which would help tremendously in losing weight and blood pressure).
After crying myself home from the past 2 visits, I'm done. It's not even about the medication, it's how she makes me feel.

DR.Sherrer and her staff were very friendly. Check in was easy and fast. Dr.Sherrer was on time very polite and listened to me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even the ladies working in the lab were very friendly. I had a great first visit.

Horrible bed side manner, she is unwilling to listen to her patients. Forgets to call in meds that she prescribed and procedures she wants just a very bad doctor
