Dr. Roth is our family doctor - from the grandchildren to grandparents- I love that he actually takes the time to get to know you, spends the time you need (which sometimes causes wait but when you're waiting you know when it is your turn you'll get the same attention.) He is preventative focused making sure you are healthy from the inside out. I am surprised at the complaints about his office staff - they are very busy but have never been rude or curt - I would call them friendly and efficient.

If I was able to give a lower rating I would. This staff is an absolute joke. When you walk in the front staff makes you feel like you have interrupted them. I even had to ask to speak with an office manager when I was there I believe her name was Leslie. She was so unprofessional and rude as I was trying to express my concern to her. The wait time are a joke and then with the staff the way they are I will never go back to this place. They need to have their staff take a professional class to show them how they should treat patients.

Front office staff is cold. I felt like I was bothering them and always do when I have an appointment. They staff does not make you feel welcome. I've been coming here for a while but it just seems to get worse.the doctor does have a good bedside manor and he is a good doctor but the staff is unapproachable. I will not be going back.

Mine and my husband's md for almost 20 years. He's like family now along with the staff. Treated high blood pressure, heart condition, asthma, high cholesterol. Referred us to excellent specialists.

Called and asked a question. Front desk said "she's not available" in the most snarky voice I've ever heard. I asked "Should I call back or will they always be unavailable?" She just hung up. First and last time I'll call that office.

You have to try to be that rude. You really have to try.

Amazing doctor. He truly cares about his patient’s health and promotes ethical practices. I have never felt so taken care of by a doctor. 100% recommend!
