I had an appointment today, and Mrs. Jessica took very good care of me! Would definitely recommend her to anyone. She has an outstanding personality! Also, I had blood drawn, and Mrs. Rose is the best I have ever had. It is always one stick with her, but at the hospital it takes three or four sticks, she also has an outstanding personality! Thanks again for your professionalism!

I give it a 3 star out of 5 because since they have moved to their new office, customer service has gotten worse. Dr. Reece and his Nurse Practitioners are very good at what they do but they seem to be trying to rush you unless you are having a heart attack or something serious like that. I can understand being a little behind some days but why tell someone " so and so has 3 open appointments at pm", then when you get there at 1:45pm and don't get called back until 3:15pm. No to mention a lady came in over an hour late to her scheduled appointment and got called right on back. If they don't think that can stick to most appointments then make 1 appointment every 30 minutes for each Dr. / Nurse Practitioner in the office, that way if someone only needs 10 minutes for the appointment they can call the next person back early if they are there. This also gives time for walk-ins. Not to mention when a specialist is requesting documentation from this office they don't respond, call back, or answer the phone. How would they feel if the same happened to them or a loved one?

I love this office. For months we where having respiratory issues with my baby and different drs told us different things. She was getting worse and worse and I felt helpless. I got her into dr Reece and was finally taken seriously! We have been referred to Childrens and have a plan of action. Office is clean and great customer service!

I absolutely love this Dr. Office!!
Dr. Estee Sneed and the nurses there go above and beyond to make sure you receive the BEST care!!!
I have medical issues that we’re getting looked over or mistreated by other medical professionals at another location I will not mention but this medical facility is 100% above standard!!!

I give them 10 stars thank you White Hall Family Medicine Dr. Reese office and all of your staff!!!

I live in Benton Arkansas they Took me in with out a problem I couldn't find a Doctor that would take my insurance from Ambetter on market place and this Doctor did I was vary thankful that they did and they even called to give Me my results and didn't send me a bill I was covered I will refer them to others
